Excellent customer after sales service. Dedicated person updating you on progress. Easy to book in. Going to be a hard for me to sway away from my jaguar ipace to another electric car brand come upgrade time.

Very bad customer service. They were dealing with me for a car but at the same time they sold the car to someone else, wasting of time talking to them on the phone, filling forms and after a long process of talking about the deal, they emailed me exactly the same day I was going to pick up the car and informed that the car was sold to someone else! Very disappointed!

Jack was very helpful and professional when dealing with him a few weeks ago. He was very friendly and I would never have known had he not told me that he was new to Land Rover. The car was unfortunately unsuitable for my needs in the end however I would recommend anyone to contact Jack if looking for a Land Rover.

Wasted money and time to see a car described as good condition however was absolutely full of scratches and very dirty interior travelling all the way from London wasted money and time only to be shown a pile of. They also offered me about 5k less for part exchange be very very careful buying from here. I didn't even get a apology

Came in as I am looking to replace 2 of my business vehicles (need a defender and a Disco) but was actively blanked by the staff. The desk was empty and everyone else just about broke their neck trying not to catch my gaze. Sadly this is not the first time. I am in my mid 30s but look younger and feel that I have been written off because of my appearance.

After 5 mins of waiting I decided to sit at the car for a while. In the meantime an older guy walked in (mid 60s) and was approached within 20 seconds of entering the showroom. If you are retired or nearing the age of then I am sure their customer service is exemplary, however if you are of an age that is fairly young then head elsewhere. Look like I will be heading to Taggarts for my replacement vehicles.

Absolutely disgraceful service received. The so called warranty given with approved used cars is not worth the paper it's written on. I had booked my car in for a repair which was then cancelled due to the workshop having to isolate. On the 2nd booking I was advised there would be a charge of 160 to run diagnostics despite the car being under warranty!

On speaking with the Stirling garage where I purchased the car from I was advised there should be no charge as the car was within the one year warranty. The manager at newbridge simply said I should not have been advised this and refused to help me. I will never return here and would certainly NOT recommend this garage.
