This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Their customer service and after care is shocking and the sales force are totally committed to ripping you off. The salesman kept making reference to what Ford give you over the Germans, yip so far hassle, inconvenience and sore heads which I never had with BMW or Audi.

We bought a new Mondeo Vignale from this company we noticed the boot wasn't shutting correctly when purchased after three weeks it started to mark the bumper we told ford through this so called vignale service. They said after a engineer had checked it out that we were not shutting the boot correctly and everyone who buys this Mondeo saloon will have to be instructed how to shut the boot correctly. Ford are denying the boot is out of alignment seeking independent engineer report. Handing car back to Ford.
Also while in people's being assessed they damaged the bumper one of the workers had driven into the car. No matter what don't ever go to people's too buy a car when they've got your money they don't want to know.

I have not found the service of this dealer to be exceptional. I did not know of its bad reputation after my 1 year old car sprang a power steering fluid leak. I was taken here by the AA but after being taken home I learned of its poor reputation and decided to retrieve my car. This was on a Saturday afternoon. On arrival to collect the car armed with steering fluid I was shocked to see that the car, parked right outside the entrance was untouched and the fluid was leaking out of it.
On enquiry with the staff I found that they had locked the key in a secure deposit box which cannot be opened until Monday. If this does not say it all, who leaves a vehicle with fluid leaking out of it in front of a showroom. If someone had went out for a cigarette then disaster. They did not know what the fluid was. They shut the keys away. Overall I was not satisfied with this and went to another dealer.
