Was looking into a new car, and really liked the look of the Suzuki Vitara. Looked up Belmont garage as our closest to visit, after a quick phone consult with John we decided to pop up and visit to have a look around and discuss our options. Staff were all very warm and welcoming. Janice on reception was lovely, John was busy with other clients as we were later than planned due to buses. However, Peter very helpfully came to our assistance to answer all my queries.
No nonsense, none of the usual sales attempts to simply "land a sale", just answered my questions, explained everything to us in detail and went over all our options. Nothing was too much of an issue, all more than happy to help. We had information overload that day as we'd been to other garages too, and said we'd need time to think things through.
Again no pushing or over the top antics to get us to make a decision. We went home, had a think and it was more than clear that the Suzuki was not only our best option car wise, but also due to the general experience we had with Belmont garage and their team. Called back to say we wanted the car - drove home with it 5 days later. Again process was smooth and professionally dealt with.
Absolutely delighted with our car and looking forward to dealing with the garage again for our first year service. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks again to all who helped us at the team.

A friendly and helpful car dealership and repair shop. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to help in any way they can. I had a major electrics/computer fault in my Suzuki Swift which was only just four years old. Janice contacted Suzuki and despite being out of warranty they agreed to pay for the faulty parts. The service manager Derek is so helpful and will pick the car up and return it, or give me a courtesy car. As I am disabled this service is so useful.

As self employed and a driving instructor, it's important to get the best deal when looking at a new tuition car. After testing several makes, I opted for the Swift. Its a great wee car. I picked a car 3 months ago was assured it would be delivered to the garage for 11th June i had to constantly phone to get updates as was never phoned when I was told they would first was told 6 cars came in but not mine then was told the car was in Bolton but there's no driver very disappointed with the service

Absolutely amazing service, Huge thanks to Janice on reception for all her help. So helpful and efficient. They helped me out when I was having a problem with my car, even though I hadn't purchased my car from them. As a key worker I rely on my car and they sorted the issue immediately for me. Definitely recommend using them. I will certainly be using them going forward 100%
