Recently purchased a nice Audi A3 from excel motors, on arrival at the sales office met the owner Julie who was very pleasant showed me around the vehicle an left me alone to look round the vehicle no pushy sale, so after awhile I decided to purchase the vehicle, very happy with the service I received they wouldn't let the car go till it was absolutely spot on, they even put on a brand new ERG valve on which was must needed, the entire experience was a delight, would recommend them, cheers Steve

I just bought my 'new' 2nd hand car from this company yesterday. I'd chosen it a couple of days beforehand and throughout looking, test driving, the purchasing, and getting familiar with my new car's controls I found Julie to be extremely professional, efficient, thorough - but also very willing and approachable. She double checked everything with me to ensure I was happy.
