Went to view a new mini. Offered 17,000 for our car in 6 months. They said they are taking 300 off a month for the 6 month wait. As at today it's valued at 21,000 off we buy any car. Therefore they are saying 18,800 today! They had an older car for sale that is discontinued and they wanted 24,000! Went to another dealer non BMW who offered 19,500!
Complete joke and lost a new sale plus our car that they would have made thousands on! NOT IMPRESSED! Never been treated so badly at a dealers. My experience has always been honest and fair with a fair price for trade in. He thought the MINI sold itself! Clearly not!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Brad was extremely helpful with my initial enquiry and very quick to answer my questions. Jamaal provided me with a personal video of the car and covered all of my queries. During the test drive, Jamaal's product knowledge was excellent. On the day of vehicle pick up, it was prepared / valeted to a very high standard and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle buying experience I have had in the last 20 years. Keep up the good work! I'll be happily making the 90 mile trip to Sycamore BMW when the time comes for my next vehicle purchase.

We came today 22/02/2022 based on the fact that My dad got given a lovely hire car! If it wasn't for jamaal giving this to dad I never would of seen a car I liked and come to BMW. Following this I got to test drive, look at different options and also chose and ordered a car for myself with the help of Jamaal. He was friendly honest and his service was absolutely brilliant! I'd recommended him to anyone wanting to get a new car. Can't praise him enough. Top man.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with this dealership. Farhan in particular was outstanding. Excellent service, always keeping me up to date from start to finish. And if he was not available at any point, he would make sure that someone else was always available and ready to assist. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

Purchased a x5 with Farhan and Neil. Both of them were really patient and able to answer all my questions quickly. Upon collecting my new car they were able to get everything sorted smoothly and I left with nothing but excitement! Definitely will be coming to see them in the future for my upgrade. Took our BMW to Sycamore Peterbough today for a recall check. Lovely, friendly staff and dealt with Jamaal in Sales. He was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. He sorted a loan car for us for the day and would definitely come back and deal with him when it's time to upgrade! Highly recommend
