I got a great car, 2 yrs later I needed to order a special vault bolt. Dan assisted me with this despite all the challenges in sorting out postage etc. Subaru covered the postage cost. I was a bit unlucky with the postal service, however Dan tried his best and I appreciate his effort. My order is here - great job Subaru Whittlesey!

Very pushy sales man who is happy to take your deposit and then try and trick you into signing a sales form without you even seeing the car. Didn't and would not buy anything from them.

Visited MTC Subaru, Peterborough on Saturday 11 September to view a Subaru WRX STI having made arrangements with Rod over the phone. Very polite, no pressure from him and completed the visit with a test drive. Made some observations about the car which Rod informed me he would sort out should I wish to purchase. Visited again, today Friday 24 September in order to buy the car.it was was presented in excellent condition with 'my observations ' rectified.

I was very impressed. Met the 'boss', Mark who was very helpful and a Subaru owner himself so offered practical advice. The best bit : 2 and half hours driving the car home.awesome and the first time I have ever been waved at by other road users ( in Scoobies!). Great service from Rod supported by Mark and I now feel part of the Subaru family.

I brought my car in for diagnosis of a troubling noise coming from the differential. The service advisor was upfront with me about the potential costs to repair, which were significant. However with their help I was able to find a less expensive replacement part, and they only charged for the labor time that was actually needed. The total cost ended up being much less expensive than it could have been. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of service and integrity of the staff. This is a garage that I can trust, and I highly recommend them.

Great experience. From first enquiry regarding part-ex on my 10-yr old Outback against a smart 2-yr replacement from MTC, sorting out a mutually-agreeable deal including towbar, to delivery 'oop North by Rod himself (5hr+ trip, each way!). Great car, many thanks, recommended.

I have owned my Impreza from new which is now over 13 years. Yes you all are probably wondering why am I still taking it to a main dealer. Its my pride and joy and gets everything it ever needs. My latest interaction with MTC was regarding a few bits and pieces that took longer than it should of due to unforeseen issues, but Dave (Warranty and Existing Service Manager) who I have known from the previous Peterborough Subaru dealership again has taken everything in his stride.

I KNOW I'm not the easiest of customers to deal with but as always Dave went above and beyond to keep me calm and most of all happy. For a service Manager MTC Subaru and Subaru UK should be proud to have him serving their customers and he should be highly recognized by the brand/manufacturer and utilized to train others.
