The Marshall Group was founded by David Marshall on 1st October 1909 in a small lock-up premises in Brunswick Gardens as a chauffeur drive company. I was in contact with megan who was very helpful throughout purchasing my Seat Leon 2.0 TDI and made delivery of the vehicle stress free and any questions I had were answered quickly and effectively. Car itself arrived absolutely spotless for a car of its age (2013) with it clearly being valeted and prepared for sale. Would recommend this dealership and if you can speak to megan who has been a joy to be in contact with.

Gave my Seat Leon in for a service and also there was an engine management light on that needed looking into. Later on during the day I received a call telling me that the service had been completed but they had found I needed a new turbo which would cost me 1700. I later went in to discuss the matter with the service receptionist and their master technician and enquired how they had come to this conclusion as the car was showing no signs of turbo failure.
The explanation I received made me very concerned at the way he (master technician) had got to his conclusion because he admitted he hadn't actually investigated the turbo other than finding a loose screw and a wobbly actuator arm. The same day I phoned another garage who said they would happily check his prognosis, so the following day it was booked in to be checked within 1 hr they phoned me back and said it was fixed at a cost of 56.00. 5 weeks later I have not heard back from the service manager or general manager

Absolutely fantastic dealership. From start to finish I was treated to the highest standard. Carla was an incredible help and was always there to contact for any queries I had. Andrew was also incredible. I felt at home at this dealership. I have been to some horrific dealerships in the past but this one is the best. I can't wait to go back. On day of collection everything went smooth and I have an incredible car. Highly recommend they are the best.

Marshalls primarily sell new and used Vauxhalls but also other makes too. They allow a good deal of bargaing on the cars, but the service centre and staff as a whole are excellent. Courteous and efficient and not only out to get lots of money. They will investigate knocks and problems without excessive charge (if any for existing customers) and the overall experience is good. Well worth a visit.
