4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.

Absolute Shambles. I took my vehicle here for a service in 2021 as it had to go to a main dealer due to the warranty requirements. I informed the guy in the service department I believed i had a slow puncture and could this be checked. On collection of the vehicle he stated there was no issues whatsoever and after charging an extortionate amount of money for the service I drove off, Three miles later I had to stop as the tyre pressure was down and located a nail embedded in the middle of the tyre.
This was obviously not checked and i was blatantly lied to. I contacted Mercedes to inform them and never got a response. I would not take my vehicle to these cowboys unless I had to. Absolutely Diabolical customer service.

Really disappointed and I will not return. I took my car in because there was a warning light on the dash and something leaking onto my drive. After paying for the diagnostic I was assured that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. When I voiced my concern about the leak on the drive the technician said that it is probably condensation from the aircon unit.
A week later I drove the car to Scotland for a holiday. A couple of days before the end I had to call my breakdown provider because fluid had leaked over my alloy wheel and corroded it. The mechanic asked if I had recently had brake work done because he explained that the bleed nipple was loose, was missing a cap and had sheered off. When I returned home I called Mercedes Bridgend to explain that I was very concerned that the issue was missed by their technician when brakes are one of the most important safety features on a car and I now needed my alloy to be refurbished and the bleed nipple replacing not to mention the last few days of my holiday being ruined.
They tried to fob me off with ridiculous excuses like the issues happened just over a week after my visit to the garage, it would have been a 'hard drive' to Scotland, it was a coincidence that the warning light appeared on the dash and there was a leak on the drive. Obviously I said that I was not buying such excuses and that I understand we are all human and mistakes can be made but I now expect the garage to put right the problems.
I would have expected the garage to refurb the wheel, replace the bleed nipple and refund the cost of the diagnostic. Unfortunately, they only agreed to refund the diagnostic and I had to cover the cost of the refurb and replacement bleed nipple myself. Another reason that I will not return to this garage is because the last time my mum's car was in with them they drove another car into it and had to repair it.

Very poor customer service and quite frankly rude and snobby. Came here today with intentions of buying a car we had already seen on the website. Could get no help, no sorry just we are very busy. Front of house lady rude and sales men ignorant. First and last time here. You just lost a sale of a 35k car.

Probably unlikely to purchase another Mercedes & certainly would not have it serviced with Sinclair Bridgend. C220d only a few weeks out of warranty & had an air conditioning fault, that they weren't even prepared to diagnose for me FOC. Experiencing that kind of attitude certainly has put me off ever returning.

Recently made an approved used purchase from Bridgend Mercedes and I have to say it was for me the best car purchase in my 35 years of driving. I felt that Liam H from the initial email contact, personal car video to finally meeting in person was very professional. I wasn't patronised / pressured or rushed in any way and felt very valued as a customer completely through the whole Mercedes car buying process.
The handover with Susanna C was top drawer also with no questions left un-answered and everything on the car explained. Everything for me was absolutely fantastic and felt very relaxed and pleased that I bought a car from Bridgend Mercedes!
