Stratstone BMW

Fantastic staff really helpful and friendly, especially Lauren Briddon. When the car we wanted to test drive was sold just before we got to drive it Lauren helped us to find another suitable car that was right for us. she listened to everything we asked for and went out of her way to solve all of our problems and make the whole experience feel special from start to finish. I can't recommend her enough.

Just picked up my new ix3 m sport pro from Business Development Manager Nico Padovano. It's taken a long time to come and we've had a few issues along the way due to manufacturing issues with global chip shortages etc but Nico has gone above and beyond to make sure I was never without a car and that my original deal was honoured. He's kept me updated as best he could along the way and gone out of his way, including coming in on his day off, to ensure I received the best level of service possible. Cannot recommend Stratstone, and Nico in particular, enough.

I had a great experience with BMW Chesterfield. Dean dealt with my sale, and he was helpful and able to answer all my questions. The service was slick and quick (as well as thorough) and my new car was delivered to me in a week. Really happy with the service that Dean gave us, with the car. Thumbs up all round.

I bought a used BMW from Stratstone Chesterfield. I had a good experience from the start. Reece answered questions, worked with me on a couple of things I wanted checking before purchasing, and made the process easy. I would recommend, and I'll be back for servicing and any other bits I need from them.

Was looked after by Louise in the Service team. She was very thorough with my service, and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Nice to have a local feel representing a large manufacturer. All very nice, assertive people.

I went to both MINI and BMW at the weekend, the BMW showroom was extremely busy with all sales people with customers. However, one of the leaders, Melissa, came to assist us, she was extremely helpful and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help us. Even though none of the cars were suitable for me right now, I will be coming back to have a look at the new X1 and look at my options again then. Thank you

Had a brilliant experience purchasing a car from Stratstone Chesterfield, mostly all done online, Dean Nicholson the sales specialist couldn't do enough answering all my questions and sending over unlimited videos on request, such a credit to his profession. Even though this wasn't my local BMW retailer I will be coming back here in the future. Would definitely recommend Stratstone Chesterfield to everyone

Very poor service. Especially from the service and valeting department. My car went in for a recall for urgent work, after this my car was washed and valeted. I am aware this is my choice but I do not expect the damage caused. A large quantity of paint has come off the bumper of my car when it has been washed, therefore this has been seen by the person washing and nothing said to me until I've seen the damage myself.

I went into BMW chesterfield and asked to discuss this with someone, after the service department saying they'd make contact with me, I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. I went back into BMW, and asked to speak to someone again to be told the manager is on annual leave, in meetings ect. When I eventually spoke to the service manager. He said it's caused by the wear overtime.

I am aware of this but the car did not go in like it and I don't expect it to come out in the state it is. After finally speaking to the service manager he offered he'd contribute towards to the damage, not fully. Personally I don't expect my car to go into a dealership and come out with damage. It was my choice to have my car cleaned but still this is not acceptable. If you want you're car cleaned by BMW chesterfield, please don't. As if any damage is Occurred they still won't say anything to you and hope you don't notice this. Regards

What a great customer service and experience! I dealt with young lady called Jess in service, she oozes professionalism and care for customer. Their CS training is how it should be everywhere else. I had updates from Jess personally and progress was communicated to me at all times! Chesterfield branch is a true Credit to Stratstone!
