Bought a lovely Kia Sportage from here.even though I'm all the way down in Cornwall! Nothing was too much trouble and delivery to my door was very easy and great value for money. The car was exactly as described and pretty much immaculate I can't fault Aidan and his team and would definitely recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. Excellent service. Purchased a lovely Nissan X Trail. The gentleman were lovely knew all about the car I was looking at and moved all the cars around so I could take it for a test drive and explained all the features and the best route as I didn't know the area. When I picked up the car the next day nothing was too much trouble they sorted out the log book and the tax even set up my direct debit. I definitely will come back to purchase my next car!

Had a fantastic experience buying a car from Vauxhall city. There were a few bits on the car that weren't great as a previous owner had had a small accident and damaged the front of the car. The guy from Vauxhall city got the parts replaced no problem, and he was friendly and helpful throughout. I felt very well looked after! I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. I cannot recommend Vauxhall City highly enough. I found an absolutely cracking Astra Tourer after a nationwide search, paid a great (very fair) price and the service and way I was treated by all the staff was impeccable. It's a big thing passing a lot of your hard earned money over to someone you don't know, but If it's going to go to someone, honestly, I'm glad I gave it to them. Drove off in my new (to me.) car with a massive smile on my face which is still there!

The measure of any business is how they respond when things go wrong. Any fool can run a business when every deal is a success. I've dealt with these guys twice. First time it was a breeze. Walked up. Bought a car. Drove away. The car is still outside my house 6 years later. Not a days trouble. The second time my luck ran out. The walk up, buy a car and drive away part was successful.

The rest was a nightmare. My son wanted a car and we recommended these guys. A few days after buying the car it developed a problem. It was under warranty (thank God!) so we took it back to get it fixed. That's when we entered a Kafkaesque nightmare that rumbled on for almost two months. Every time we called to check on progress we were informed that something else had gone wrong with the car.

It got to the stage where we wondered how the car was actually in a good enough state to be driven in the first place. Good customer service also requires a level of responsibility from the vendor. Not these guys. They never called back despite saying they would 'keep us posted'. As the days and weeks passed our level of frustration was only matched by their indifference.

We eventually ran out of patience after another story about 'something wrong with the steering'. So we asked for our money back. That's when things took a more creative turn on their part. Only one person could write a cheque to pay us back (its 2018 remember). They can take your money electronically but have to resort to methods from the ark to give it back to you.

Then the poor guy who was the 'only one' who could sign a cheque was in hospital. He then went on holiday only to return and head back to hospital. He also managed to change name three times in three weeks. Eventually we got the money after a heated discussion about Trading Standards. Customer Service. Its the little things that matter. Don't lie.

Don't make things up. Don't make life difficult for your customers. If you buy a car from these guys you better cross your fingers and hope nothing goes wrong. Because if it does then you'll be treated like you don't matter.

After driving for 2 hours to see a car which I was told in good condition I arrived to find it had 2 or 3 deep scratches on the wing, I said something to a very elderly cockie unlikeable salesman told me that's normal on used cars, he said unbelievably that's what bumpers are for! so in other words take it or leave it. The car was also filthy dirty.

The other salesman did come out afterwards but I had already decided I'd never buy a car from here. Wouldn't bother with this place it looks like they buy all the cars from the auction at nearby blackbushe hence the condition as the other dealers don't want them so they get put through the auction. My verdict is very unfriendly and below quality cars, and I looked at their other cars to reach this verdict.

I bought my car and my son's car from here. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Today I took my nephew to look at cars there and was given fantastic service again. My nephew needed to drive car away today, the lovely staff let him use their phone to call his insurance company and use their pc to put tax on the car. How obliging is that! I will always use this garage and would highly recommend it! I have been to other garages and have never been given this wonderful service. Thank you Vauxhall city!

Just had terrible service from this dealers, Cavalier city also called Vauxhallcity.co.uk - do your research if considering using this dealer, unhelpful and very dishonest. It was a blessing that we walked away. You have been warned.

After owning our Astra for 11 years we decided it was time to upgrade to a newer model. We found another Astra that we liked at the garage and were approached by a very friendly laid back salesman who did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. After chatting to the guys in the office we decided to go ahead with the purchase and considering we were not the easiest of cases we eventually drove off with our lovely new car 2 weeks later. They could have not been more helpful and we would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future! Thank you Vauxhall City for A* customer service!

Typical stroppy used car salesman with an appalling take it or leave it attitude.

Regret having ever bought a car from this company. It has been nothing but trouble and expensive. Company not interested even though they boast of an excellent after sales service. There are a lot of good deals around and knowledgeable and pleasant salesman so take my advice and shop around.
