I have recently bought a Transit Custom MSRT from Lodge. Not the normal vehicle they deal with but Alex has been excellent from start to finish. He arranged finance quotes from Mark at Vehicle & Asset Finance who made the purchase really easy after offering a great deal. This is an absolutely fantastic dealership by far the best place I've every purchased a car from. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve from start to finish no messing around straight to the point, no pushy sales tactics, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I've passed this dealership many times and never thought to go in as I've always preferred main dealers. Bought a Audi Q5 from Steve just before Christmas. Very pleased with the smooth transaction. Alway on the end of the phone. Had a small issue with a warning light on the dash. Called to let him know and was happy for me to take to my local Audi specialist for diagnosis. Steve was happy for the garage to order and fit the part. And pic up the tab as was under warranty. Do NOT look elsewhere to buy your next car. Lodge Motor Co. is probably the best co. around to buy a Car in Hampshire. Despite many happy previous buyers, I unfortunately could not buy a car as yet. I almost bought a beautiful low mileage car but during the process I had to cancel due to personal issue. I must say, despite not buying a car but just going through with the process I was treated very nicely and dealt quite efficiently.
