Had a great deal with one of the polite, smart and very professional sales guys. I told him my exact needs on the phone, went in yesterday with my very tired part exchange. Eventually settled on my dream 3 series in blue, slightly high on mileage, but great condition! So many to choose from! Pick up my new car next week, RAC inspected, serviced, MOT and they even left the tax on - Great bunch. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer to everyone - thanks.

Purchased a car a few months back. Rang to get a promised service carried out, all very nice on the phone, would call me back. Of course did not. Rang 4 times, wouldn't speak to me to even discuss it. Rang Head Dealer there, very amicable call, promised to investigate and get back to me, never has. Ignored my calls to him. Great example to his staff.
If you like being treated with contempt by used car salesman, this is the place for you, otherwise AVOID. Can get equally good prices elsewhere. This now heading for County Court, but this will not excuse or punish rudeness and ignorance of the sales staff.
