Bought a beauty of a Focus ST from Clarence at the Pearl of Wokingham, no pressure sales and they do genuinely try to get you the best deal. They do live up to their reviews as the service and quality of the cars are very high. Will definitely be back when the day comes to upgrade.

We bought a Ford Focus ST-3 estate from the guys at Pearl. Really don't have a bad thing to say about them. Spent a bit more than I was hoping but honestly the car was in such good condition. The pre sale checks & everything they do to get the cars ready for retail are just exceptional. One thing to note to other potential buyers, they don't budge on the price - but as mentioned, the work they put in beforehand makes it worthwhile.

If you're looking for the cheapest example, walk away; if you're looking for the nicest example, head to Pearl. They have loads of STs and only buy the best ones to sell, so you know you're looking at a gem. Clarence & Darrell are lovely guys as well, really looked after us. I guess the only minor negative was the PX price on my previous car, but being fair to them it was older and outside their usual remit, so we decided to take it home and sell via Facebook, happy to say it had sold and been picked up by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend Pearl.

We bought Ford Focus estate. Friendly experienced staff. Everything we wanted explained was explained. Very helpful and showed us how to use everything in our new car. I'd recommend them anytime.

Really nice experience with pearls. The car is amazing and top spec with all the warranty and service expected. The main sales man Clarence really knows his focus st's and really wanted to help us get the one we wanted for our family. We love the car and the st focus estate is perfect for the dad in us that refuses to grow up. Really recommend pearls of wokingham and would use them again when the time comes. Great experience buying a Mercedes E Class which was in excellent condition. I had a detailed discussion with Clarence who was very helpful before making a 3 hour journey. When I arrived the car did not disappoint and Clarence gave a very accurate description. I was nervous travelling such a distance but I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

The car was better than expected, the sales pitch was very honest and backed by the rac inspection made the decision simple and easy for me to make. I will definitely look you up again when I am going to change next time

Not a pleasant experience. We were offered 500 less for our part ex than elsewhere. Salesman got argumentative when we questioned the service history, and therefore the validity of the remaining manufacturer warranty. It transpires that the warranty is indeed void, despite Pearl's 'expert' advice. Two stars, as they did at least apologise for the manner in which they spoke to us.

Cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am with this dealership! After viewing a vehicle on Auto trader, I called to arrange appointment. Advised what car at what price - where I was travelling from (1hr 30 mins away) gave full details of my part ex. Also warned I'd have a toddler with me. Was very happy to receive a call to confirm appointment, again advised distance and confirmed attendance. Arrived to appointment to wait for 15 minutes as was with someone else.

Then vehicle planned to buy was not only damaged but not prepped. To then be told the price was actually 500 more as a cash buyer not finance. Final nail in the coffin was a very low offer on my part ex - 500 lower than I'd received from 3 other dealers. Very unprofessional and lack of customer care. Sale went to the dealer across town!

Very friendly to deal with, I believe they are an honest and reliable trader. They are straight forward and to the point and don't try to pull the wool over your eyes. There was no heavy sales pressure a pleasure to deal with especially Clarence the Salesman. All in all a good experience and would recommend them if your looking for a good quality vehicle that's has been thoroughly checked over.

Immediately contacted dealer who claimed off our warranty. Cheeky!!

Disgusted with after sales. Correspondence ignored, No response to emails. Love the car, unfortunately Warranty and after sales Not worth the paper its written on. Next step Small Claims.

I bought a BMW from Pearl and was very disappointed. Firstly, the car inspection reported turned out to have missed several problems; secondly, I was told that a full verification of the millage was carried out (it turned out it had never been done) and they refused to carry one out after the sale had been completed; thirdly the insurance the car was sold with had so many limitation that is turned out to be essentially worthless for me.

I found their customer service to be disappointing and poor. I was met with arrogance and slow response to my inquiries. The terms and conditions I was offered to rectify the problems were unacceptable and uneconomical for me. I will not buy a car from Pearl again and I can not recommend it to anyone else either. A disappointing experience!
