Purchased Kia venga 2 months ago looked ok Air con not working & David refused to get it serviced. i was told the car was fully serviced So expect a man to be honest. Power failed on our way home car filling up with fumes took it to my Son who is a car Mechanic all the gaskets were blown no oil in the Engine badly corroded breaks. REALLY DAVID I dont know when or how this passed its MOT and Service really bad would not recommend ever

Saw the car a Mercedes CLS advertised on the website late on a Friday evening. Called and spoke with David Saturday morning which was a useful and pressure free chat. Decided to pay a deposit and agred a time for viewing on Sunday. It was a 3 hour train journey from which I was collected at the local station and straight away offered time for a an inspection and test drive.
I couldn't fault the car, the price or the service offered. The sale was completed and I had an enjoyable drive home and 1000 miles and 4 weeks later am still over the moon with the car. To me it was better than my expectations from the advert, the service was never pressured and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect experience all round which was very refreshing.

DO NOT BUY HK11 ECA (Mercedes E Class.) The vehicle is rotten and unroadworthy. The brake lines are about to burst from corrosion and swelling. It's a death trap. I made them buy the car back. DVSA are investigating it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you're interested in purchasing, ask to see the report from Mercedes-Benz detailing the number of issues. Ps. Knowing about the faults with the car, he's advertised it for 1000 more than what he sold it to me June. Bloke is a disgrace to the industry.

Very disappointed Brought a car in October from Drews it had done just under 48000 miles. We paid for the extended warranty on the car. The car had a rip in the parcel shelf so he left it out of the car when I asked for it he said i we could have it but we would need to fix it! there was a problem with the indicator and back lights which he did fix and there was a grinding noise coming from the wheels when you turned it.
He said he didn't hear the grinding noise! I have had a few issues with the car after 2 months we realised it wasn't the car for us. I messaged and text David but he didn't reply to any of my messages. I feel once the one month Drews warranty was up he washed his hands of us. I've hardly drove the car due to lockdown but had a few issues with it so got it in under the warranty where they told me the back brakes were badly corroded all the wheels were cracked and I needed 4 new wheels and that the DPF sensor had gone.
Car went in to be fixed they would only pay for the sensor they then told me that I needed a new Turbo. I should not need a new turbo at 50,000 car was stuck in the garage so we had to pay it. costing us over 1000. I would not buy a car from this guy or recommend him or the extended warranty as its a waste of time

Absolutely first class service from David, bought an Audi A3 convertible from him. Firstly the car was exactly as described when my wife called him. Secondly he was 100% honest about everything from start to finish. we traveled up from Brighton and were greeted with a firm handshake and a cup of Tea! we were in no way pushed or forced to buy the car in fact it was refreshing not to be pushed about like your main dealer type sales rep!
His lovely wife and mine talked as we sorted the deal out. David is what i would call old school, you shake a mans hand means trust type. i for one will be keeping an eye on his fabulous stock for my kids cars. cheers once again David and his good lady

As it says in the other reviews David is a relaxed sales man, who never makes you feel pushed or unwelcome. He is happy to answer all questions and does so methodically and concisely. After buying our car we had some faults, but luckily David was true to his word and covered them under the warranty. In this potentially stressful situation he was always easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. Thanks David

If you value your money, don't purchase your car from David at Drew's Motor company. They sell faulty cars and they blame you for it. They have a black Range Rover evoque which had a faulty gasket. They tried to hide and sell me the car for almost 17k. God was so good for their plan to fail. The car smoked out and the salesperson tried to blame me for driving the car silly. like really, how does driving a car cause the gasket to blow and all the coolant leaked.
No call or apology from david! Now I see why their house is up for sale, just plain bad, and now they fixed it, they increased the price of the car- now this should have been done before the car is put up for sale. Be careful and don't trust them and I got to learn that you have to drive like there's an egg in the car so the gasket doesn't blow. From the response, you can clearly see this is a bad salesman.
We own a 2016 Mercedes c class and at no point during my formula 1 driving has the gasket blown or contributed to any damage. So pls check your car before you sell and don't blame your customers for faulty stock! Change your name to Rogue car company! A waste of my time and journey expense to see these clowns
