Do not buy from anything from this company, I'm having to sell the car they sold me for parts 7 months after buying it, the absolute worst type off used car dealers. I asked many questions and was told lies about the cars condition.

Saw advertised black mg6 about two weeks ago now, messaged them a few times to see if they can arrange a live viewing, at the second message the woman I spoke to via chat said it's under prep/valet that was a week ago and spoke to a fella yesterday about live viewing AGAIN, heard nothing so phoned them instead at 15:50 and a fella answered and said it's been sold, SO THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!

This is the third car we have purchased from Save On Used Cars, no pressure when looking round, but they are there if you need help, took it for a test drive, needed a couple of things doing which they did and I picked it up a couple of days later, washed and valeted, service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, I'm very pleased with my car, thank you Dave. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent used car.

Dave who sold me the car was really friendly, couldn't fault his knowledge and attitude. Car was better even better than seen online and they even gave it a last wash prior to me driving away.

Please do not buy a car from these people. This garage sold me a car and arranged finance and part exchange of my car. Then told me 2 days later that they didn't have the V5 and so were unable to tax the vehicle but told me I could collect it anyway as if caught I wouldn't get any points, just a fine that they would then pay for me (stupid suggestion - I didn't do that).

They said they would apply for a new log book through the DVLA and that this could take up to 4 weeks, I said I would rather wait until the paperwork was sorted before collecting the car. 4 weeks came and went and still no update. When I spoke to someone at the garage they said there was nothing they could do and that actually it could take up to 10 weeks.

I then involved the finance company who upheld my complaint that the vehicle should not have been sold without the V5 and that my options were to cancel and be left without a vehicle or continue to wait. I waited for a further week - still no update. Now 2 months from buying the car, the DVLA have told me that they have no record of the new V5 request being received and that if it had been sent it would have been processed within 4 weeks.

I have now cancelled my new finance agreement and had the finance reinstated on my car which has now put me in arrears for the period when I was waiting which I have just had to pay to get my account back where it should be. The day I cancelled the purchase they re-listed the vehicle for the sale even though they still don't have the paperwork and my finance was still attached as the finance company had to wait several days for the payment advance to be refunded. Terrible experience.

Bought an Audi A8 in November, drove for first time yesterday as been away due to line of work. Car has severe wheel bearing problem, However after speaking with Shaun and explaining the issue I have the new wheel bearings covered. Cannot fault Shauns aftersales care and commitment. Well done . I bought a vectra from them a few months ago now car was fine on the way home id traveled from March in Cambridge on the way home a could smell petrol I got into March and car dump a tank full of fuel over the road a broke down. I rang Shawn to explain what's just happened a said could I get the car back to them to look at clearly this was impossible as it was dumping fuel however I took it to my machanic who I've used for the last 10 years a few days later diagnosed the problem the fuel pipes was basically knackered and had split. Months later I'm still waiting for Shawn to sort this out as he promised to get it sorted as vauxhall do not stock fuel hoses anymore he's asked me to get quotes to get the car back to them explained it was going to cost 380.00 but before I told him the price he said he would pay the cost now he knows the price he wants nothing to do with it and I've still got a car sitting idle at the garage. I suspect they knew the car had this problem and failed to tell me. Avoid this dealer at all costs

I bought a BMW from Save On Used Cars in June, i had it for two weeks and the engine started making a horrible rattling noise which was diagnosed as being the timing chain, i took it back and they gave me a courtesy car. they had the car for three weeks and sorted it. now the engine is absolutley knackered been told by 3 different garages its suspected timing chain failure. i have tried to contact save on used cars four times just to be told id get a call back soon im still waiting

No hassle no pushy salesman following you. The cars are clean and well presented very helpful staff. Bought my BMW from here and its fantastic would definitely recommend these.

Bought a used Volvo XC60. Very happy with the whole buying process, very helpful and even allowed me a 90 mile test drive to pick up my forgotten documents!
