I was in a few months before my second baby came to look at new cars with more space for both kids, pram, shopping etc. I dealt with Gabby who was amazing, I had so many questions, looked at a few options and took a few days to think it over and nothing was too much bother, very friendly and professional. I went with the MG hs exclusive which is very spacious, great tech and well priced.

Thank you so much sere and especially Gabby for being so patient with me and helped us to find our new family car in terms even I could understand too! Will see you again for our next upgrade!

Car is due in for service on the 13th of June. Can give you more details then, but having spoken to the secretary. I found her cheerful and very helpful.

SERE Belfast were great because they collected, serviced and cleaned and washed my car at the annual service. The only negative is (and I will put Covid 19 down as the reason) was I had a fault, and when I brought the vehicle to be checked, the staff at the time were not as friendly as I thought they could have been. Update 1/6/22. Service dept were a lot more pleasant and efficient today, still great service, washed and vacuum done. Great all round.

My experience at SERE Motors Belfast was cracking because I was able to get all the required information for the purchase ahead of time from Andy and plan accordingly. Andy cleared my doubts on what to expect at each stage and made the whole process easy and clear.

Fancied a change due to our expanding family. The car I wanted was already sold unfortunately but Gabby told me there was another similar. I got dealing with Joanne and made an offer on an SUV. I wanted the petrol naturally aspirated model and was able to reach a deal for a Tucson which has turned out to be brilliant so far. Very happy with my purchase and excellent service from Sere.

I had the SUV delivered from Belfast and what can i say. Was able to buy a motor online and have it delivered still feeling like i received good customer service. I would use and recommend Sere again. Thank you

The experience at SERE Belfast was fantastic because the staff were excellent, friendly and went out of their way to find answers regarding warranty. Felt very welcomed on arriving for viewing, test drive and actual pick up day. We ended up buying two new cars.

Sold me a dodgy low mileage car that has given me nothing but grief from day 1. Upon picking car up the parcel shelf was damaged and tyre repair kit missing. The wipers were also leaving large streaks. Did not show me how to work the car at all. Did not even show me how to pair my Bluetooth. Minimal effort from the salesman. Said they would replace parcel shelf but never did due to BREXIT apparently. Mercedes was able to source one within 5 days.

Very poor after sales. Once they have your money they don't want to know. Got so fed up with the car I asked them to buy it back from me. Offered me a ridiculous price for minimal usage and the used car market has increased in price substantially. So much so I traded the car in elsewhere for more than I paid. Had the car back to Mercedes on 5 separate occasions and they still couldn't fix some of the problems. 8-9 separate faults developed within 3 months of ownership. SERE manager said there was nothing wrong with my car because Mercedes couldn't find the multiple intermittent electrical faults.

How arrogant to say that after selling me a car that was not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality. If you want to do business with a company that acts with honesty and integrity then AVOID SERE.

I would recommend SERE Belfast to friends and family because of the value, customer care and choice of vehicles. Joanne, was attentive, understanding of our family car needs and gave expert advice and vehicle choice. She made the whole process, from test drive to trade in and collection painless and quick. I couldn't recommend her and SERE Belfast highly enough.

We were treated with such respect and Andrew McKnight is such a professional at his job he is so polite and extremely friendly at his job and nothing is a problem for him he made are purchase so easy and straightforward and kept us informed from ordering to collection.

The experience at SERE Belfast was great because all my concerns were answered, communication to me throughout the day was prompt, informative and efficient, the servicing of my car was efficient and hassle-free for me whilst the staff were helpful regarding a matter with a different car and would have resolved it if they had the part available. My car was returned clean and it was clear attention to detail was a priority for SERE. All round perfectly satisfactory customer experience.
