Bought my Dacia Duster from here. As part of the selling package, I was given free RAC cover for the year. Was concerned when the tyre light came on whilst driving from the garage, after purchasing the car. I inflated the tyres, but the light still persisted. I voiced my concerns to the garage, they asked me to bring it in, checked the tyres and said all was good.
This tyre light persisted, so again they asked me to bring it in. They stated that they found a large spike in one tyre, and would seal it. I voiced my concerns regarding getting a puncture/blow out in the future, but I was reassured that sealing it would prevent any puncture etc. I don't know a lot about cars, but I felt this wasn't right, that it was just a temporary preventative measure.
My car was still under warranty, I was entitled to a new tyre, but trusted their advice and judgment. Needless to say, my tyre blew out while driving on my own, on the motorway, it was the tyre with the spike in it. The tyre was in tatters. As for the free RAC breakdown cover, the RAC informed me that as I wasn't an 'enhanced' member, I would have to pay a lot of money for them to come out to me, they advised me to ring 24/7 tyre fitters, as it would work out cheaper for me.
After three hours of waiting, I eventually got a new tyre fitted for 210, including a call out fee. I am really disappointed that my initial concerns were not taken seriously and basically was 'fobbed' off, in order to save the garage replacing my tyre, which they should have done, as stated in my warranty. I found the customer service at Five Acres outstanding, just a shame that my initial concerns weren't 'heard'.
I have spoken to the staff at the garage/car sales, regarding this matter, whilst they are extremely apologetic, they stated that there is nothing they can do. I suggested maybe using this incident as learning for the future, so it can be prevented in the first instance.

The garage was fantastic. Ben was able to fit me in even over Christmas which saved the whole holiday for me and my family. The service was first class, I don't usually leave reviews but the quality of care I received from the team and especially Ben meant I wanted to do it this time. Very much recommended.

Would thoroughly recommend Five Acres, bought two beautiful cars off them, got good trade in prices for our previous cars! All staff very helpful and friendly but dealt mainly with Connor who was an absolute star.even giving us his private number if we needed any help with paperwork over Christmas! Best place we have bought cars from and we have bought many cars!

Can't fault these guys. Purchased my Nissan quashqai from them and today sold it back. Ella looked after me and explained everything. She even arranged for me to get a lift home! Will def purchase a car from here in the future. Thanks Ella, you're an asset to the team! You made me feel at ease throughout!

My husband saw a car for sale with Five Acres the night before travelling down to purchase another car. We telephoned and spoke to Ella who greeted us when we arrived to look at the car which was immaculate. We told her we needed to purchase it that day, she was absolutely amazing and managed to get everything done ready for us that day including service, clean and polish as well as sourcing new tyres and even taxing the car for us. We had a wonderful experience and can't thank Ella and the team enough, we are so pleased with the car and would definitely highly recommend them.
