**What a fantastic experience!** From start to finish using Pete Smith in Coleford has been such a wonderful experience. Originally, I was just looking online at what was on offer whilst I continued to build my credit score. Using their online form that wouldn't impact my credit rating I could see a finance offer with around the right percentage of interest and ticked my boxes.

I registered a query on the Friday night and by Saturday morning Pete had rang me to give me some more information on the finance agreement and answered any questions I had about the car. At no point during this process did I feel like I was being pushed into a purchase or sold to. simply pointed in the right directions and given any information I needed. Turning up to collect the car was just as smooth. Pete had a number of COVID restrictions in place which the company was adhering to.

We sorted the paper work and before I knew it, I was the owner of this beautiful car! Ontop of everything, this was the first automatic I had bought. I was nervous having never driven one but Pete was understanding and slowly explained how to stop, start and reverse an automatic. I'm so happy this car came along and that it was from this garage. It was a joy to meet Pete and support his business. I will definitely look what he has on offer when it's time to upgrade. One of the simplest car purchases I've ever made, if you're thinking of a new car, if they have what you want, buy with confidence. Hand picked, superb quality vehicles from fiesta to Ferrari. After reading reviews, looking at the website and speaking to Archie in sales, I knew I could buy with confidence without even seeing the vehicle. I collected today and was actually even better than I'd expected, strict covid had been applied too and covers on seat, steering wheel, handbrake and gear knob.

The overall presentation was as good as a new car. Pete the owner also took the time to have a chat, which was also nice considering I wasn't buying a Ferrari! When I'm I ready for another vehicle, I'll contact them first before going elsewhere. 10/10 guys, car purchasing as it should be, well worth travelling for.

My car was exactly as expected from the photos, a completely honest and upfront service received. In fact my car exceeded my expectations! Pete was really helpful and didn't want to rush through the process, ensuring that my car was serviced and cleaned fully for collection, he also didn't put pressure on me for a sale and guided me through my car.
