I dealt with Steven, Generally staff speak volumes of the company as they are a team. I couldn't give them more than 5 stars which I would have done if I was able. Exceeded all expectations, totally honest about negatives rather than just going on about positives of the car. It was a distance buy and I had every confidence in all aspects thanks to excellent communication and attention to detail. Very personalised service. Really could not recommend highly enough.

Just traded in my wife's car, sales team of Grant and Mark, super friendly, nothing a problem, vehicle we bought was prepared to showroom condition, very fair trade in deal, and only a one day turnaround, we could in fact have driven it away later that day. It's a pleasant surprise to deal with nice people.

Used Tustain for a few years. Staff always friendly and nice to get your car cleaned after service. However during last visit was advised that all four brake disks and pads needed replaced. Took to another garage for a second opinion. Told all fine and to bring back in a few thousand miles. Six months on just had rear pads replaced. All four disks fine and front pads have more than half their life left even six months on. Was also quoted 2k for a gear box problem that cost me 600 to fix elsewhere. Seemed more focused on selling me a new car than delivering value. Wasn't allowed to speak to mechanic at time. Very disappointed and will now avoid. Exercise caution.
