Sold me a car which was due a full service, air conditioning service, new front tyres. It also had water in the rear tail light, a failure in the media unit which means that the infotainment system does not save any information or remember my phone. So within a month and a half of owning this car I had spent nearly 700 on it and it still had a faulty media unit.

I contacted the company regarding the 3 months warranty that I had on the car and what they were willing to do to fix the situation. Their response was for me to buy an infotainment system and have them fit it. Other than the fact that it could cost hundreds of pounds to buy, I don't even know where I would get one of those. When I conveyed this to the company they told me they would get back to me. They never did get back to me.
