There honestly aren't enough stars to rate Tom and the entire team at 911Virgin. I have done business with them on several occasions over the past few years (sold a Cayenne GTS, bought and sold back a 991.1 C4, and bought a 993 Targa) and on all occasions Tom has communicated exceptionally well, been very generous with his time and knowledge (patiently replying to 100s of my emails.), been very transparent about current market value of vehicles and costs involved, never any pressure to buy or make a decision, been available out of hours, and couldn't go out of his way enough to be helpful - frankly it feels like Tom is now a friend rather than someone I've bought/sold a few cars from/to.

All of the above is feedback on the "how" of the transaction - the "what" is table stakes as it goes without saying that they sell exceptional cars, incredibly thorough in preparation, and stand by them like a rock - frankly because they are fastidious in their selection process and most likely want to buy them back when the time comes. 911Virgin are not only the best in the business, they set the benchmark for what all businesses should be like in all walks of life. I'm currently looking to buy a Porsche 991.2 Turbo S, so I cheekily called 991Virgin for a bit of advice (cheeky as they don't have one in stock to sell me). I can't believe how helpful Tom was, giving me 20+ minutes of his valuable time, guidance and expertise. I'd like to think I'm a good judge of character, and based on this conversation alone I would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying a car from 911Virgin should the opportunity arise.

I have bought 2 911s from 911 Virgin (Tom), the first I traded back in for the second after 3.5 years. In each case, the quality of the cars, preparation and after sales has been faultless. These people are absolute experts. They only stock the best cars, address any issues before sale and then prepare the cars to showroom standard. Throughout, Tom dealt with me in an open and straightforward way, not something for which motor dealers are typically renowned.

On the first car I had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed in the warranty period. Tom did that swiftly and fuss free, giving great comfort. They buy and sell the best cars and stand behind them, which is very reassuring when you are buying a high value product that has inevitably had several owners. Tom is also an authority on all matters 911 and is very pleased to pass on his wisdom after sale, eg on tyres, exhausts, MOTs.

If they haven't seen it, it hasn't happened to a 911. If only I could find such a reliable business to deal with in other areas of life. Keep up the great work Tom and colleagues. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I'm not an easy customer. My bar is set high. I like things that are correct. So when looking for another 911 it needed be perfect. Tom got it immediately. What he found for me and the deal still gives me a smile. Totally fair. Both sides won. I'm now the proud owner of a truly immaculate 991. If Carlsberg did Porsche dealers 911 Virgin would be it. You can buy any car from them blind folded over the telephone or internet and it will be "exactly" as promised; Have dealt with them on 6-7 cars from them since 2015 inc all the cars in pics.

Recently bought a 996 Turbo s from them, I have also bought and sold several times with them in the past. The level of service has always been excellent and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Apologies - this is going to be a long review, but I think it is well deserved. My experience with 911 Virgin was as follows: I arranged a time on a Saturday to look at one of the cayman's they had listed. One of their staff (Joji) picked my wife and me up from the station (which I thought was fantastic), and took us to their showroom/complex. At. this point Tom talked us through the car & listed its features - in an informative way, rather than a "pushy salesman" way.

I think this was a key difference between the way 911 virgin works, compared to a lot of the other previous dealerships I had been to. We agreed to buy the car, and Tom said it would take about two weeks to fully prep the.

I purchased an Audi S3 from these guys back in 2008, I still own the car. Will be going back when I can afford a 911. Great service from a family ran business would highly recommend.
