We recently purchased a Ford KA for my wife. As all of the cars had already been valeted it made things easier to chose from all of the excellently presented cars. The car we chose was not the most expensive, however the service was excellent, they sorted all of the admin making it a stressless process. We did have some minor issues with the car, which I failed to pick up on the road test.

I contacted Gary who made arrangements for me to bring the car back. A curtesy car was arranged and the work was carried out at no cost to myself. Slades will be the first place that I look, for any future cars.

Nissan perchased in Jan 2020 in very nice clean condition a pleasure to drive thanks, just had mot Oct with no minor faults recorded. Would certainly buy again from here good staff even helped with disposal of my old car.

We bought a six year old Skoda Fabia from Slades a couple of weeks ago - our old car developed an unexpected problem which would be very expensive to fix, so we needed to find a replacement relatively quickly. A few hours searching the internet led us to Slades, we made a quick phone call to check that they could see us and we popped over that afternoon. Gary and his wife were very helpful, had the car all prepped and sanitised for us to take out for a spin and were more than happy for us to go out on our own, in accordance with the Covid guidelines.

After some discussion we decided to buy the car, it needed a service and so arranged to collect it on Thursday the following week. The next day Lockdown 2.0 was announced which would mean the car needed to be ready sooner than arranged - Gary was great, he cancelled his plans for the weekend, serviced the car, had two new tyres delivered and had the car ready for collection by Monday. Brilliant customer service. The car has run well and we're confident we'll get through the three month warranty without any issues.

Bought a nice, little Honda Jazz here. After a year of use, there's been no unpleasant surprises. So many places you go into, you get that slick "used car salesman" vibe and a fear you're going to get ripped off. Here, I didn't. They just seemed earnest. I am happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.
