I am always a bit hesitant trusting garages with my car. I brought my car in for a service and it went all fine + really good prices. Genuine and trustworthy.

Really good customer service, one cannot ask for more, so much better than big Audi dealer close by.

Had my Vauxhall Insignia Cambelt and Water pump done today by Cambridge Smart Cars. Excellent service reasonable price and friendly staff. Also free collection is a big help. Thankyou

I used smart cars for fixing a new battery in my car. Driver picked up the car on time (jumped start it) and didnt charge anything for home pickup. But they took two days to return the car, and also after the battery change the car alarm kept ringing randomly. On calling, they were too busy to look into the issue immediately and gave me next week's date for servicing.

I instead sent the car for servicing to a different garage and he told that while changing the battery something got messed up with the car immobilizer and I need to take this up with Honda service center directly. Updating the review to 3 stars after my discussion over phone with Paul who provided more information and also agreed to take a look and fix the issue if it's related to battery if Honda confirms this (he suspects it's not). Well, my battery issue turned out to be related to key battery and not related to the main battery replacement service. Changing it to 4 starts.

Visited this garage on two occasions and was very happy with the service! On my first visit Paul ensured my car had its tyres replaced quickly and at short notice when I needed the car again that evening. Lynn was very helpful on my second visit when the car needed to stay in longer and I was unable to pick it up right away. Very happy with how the car is running now and the communication regarding what was needed to be done beforehand. Lovely dogs in the office which was a bonus! Would recommend!

Very happy with the service received, had cambelt, water pumps and auxiliary belts replaced beginning of Sept 2020. Fast friendly service, Paul was a gentleman over the phone and gave great advice. Car collected and delivered, excellent price will be back if ever needed. Car running very well. :

My cars subframe needed reviewing after it failed a service. They towed my car, inspected and fixed it (rather than quote me a new one like other places I went). The staff were friendly and very informative, plus the final quote was well priced.

What a fantastic garage this is with personal service. I had a puncture nearby on a Saturday I called from the phone search and they gave me directions so I could limp to their site. Friendly greeting and Paul sourced a tyre gave me the keys to their car and I went to fetch it at another very helpful place called BIT Cottenham - on return it was fitted and I was on my way all with a very reasonable bill. Pleasant sympathetic receptionist who chatted and super Max the dog kept me company - I had no anxiety or worries it was all dealt with professionally and fast I recommend them

Speedy service, air con needed regassing and Smart Cars offered to do this for a reasonable price. I picked up the car a few hours later, whole process was fluid and simple. Woman at the desk was friendly and helpful.

I don't usually leave many reviews but this one, I felt I needed to. I unfortunately had an accident with my vehicle, I rang Cambridge Smart Cars from a recommendation from a facebook request from friends. Knowing that I would have to pay the invoice in full as I am only third party, fire and theft, I was very apprehensive about the cost. I need not worry, it was very reasonable!

I booked my car in for the following week to be repaired, they collected my car in the morning from my works and supplied me with a courtesy car whilst they repaired my vehicle. FREE OF CHARGE. The repairs were done 3 days later, I paid over the phone and my car was delivered back at an agreed time. The whole experience was hassle free, which, to me was an absolute godsend as I am a single mother who relies on transportation for the school run and work. Can not recommend this garage highly enough and will be returning to have my MOT done. Thank you :

Great service again from Cambridge Smart, I rang mid morning 16 October to arrange a new battery to be delivered and fitted at our home towards Newmarket and Lynn said she would ring to confirm time. Jake arrived mid afternoon with the battery and fitted all done. Superb service very relieved and happy.

First thing to notice is that you are treated like an intelligent human being, not some ignorant form of low life, which attitude too many car mechanics seem to adopt. Secondly the work - body repair work- was done excellently, at a reasonable price, not cheap but here you get what you pay for. Thirdly the courtesy car offered with no quibble was a very fair substitute for the one being repaired. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and cannot understand the negative reviews.
