Well where do I start! THIS IS A EXCEPTIONAL DEALER.The attention to detail is very accurate. I only recently took the decision to go forward and own a Bentley. I have had cars in the past from Benz but this had to be special and oh did they deliver a Tian project stealth Bently. But just as importantly to the sales journey is the journey and support I receive from Felix and his team.

First spoke to Josh a couple of weeks ago to enquire about an Audi A1 which my daughter was interested in. From the outset Josh was very professional in arranging a viewing and test drive (even offering to arrange a test drive on a day they are closed) the whole process was very straight forward and the level of service was always excellent. Collected the car this morning with my daughter who loves it. I will certainly be looking to buy again from Benz Bavarian when I'm ready to replace my car. I initially enquired about a vehicle on Benz's website via the chat bar. I wanted to view a car with my daughter. Josh called me back the same day and explained they weren't open when I wanted to visit but was happy to drive out and open up for us to view the car, we actually arranged to visit on another day. We arrived on site and was immediately welcomed by Josh who had the car prepared and ready for a test drive.

We test drove the car, which my daughter loved so put a deposit down. We arranged to pick the car up the following week due to work commitments. Again we were served by Josh who had sorted all the paperwork out ready for us, even arranging to get our cherished plate swapped over ready for us on collection. The level of service from day one was exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough. Josh is a credit to the team at Benz Bavarian and I will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle. 5

Very friendly & professional small upmarket dealership. Very good selection of beautifully prepared high end sports & 4x4 vehicles. No high pressure sales people just very friendly knowledgeable car enthusiasts that seem to genuinely enjoy helping you with your purchase. I was very particular with both the car I was buying & the extras I wanted fitting to it. Neil the Sales Manager sorted everything out with ease whilst keeping me posted along the way. I would definitely highly recommend Benz Bavarian to anyone & will be returning when I want another vehicle.

I've used Benz before hence why I went back both Neil and Briony have been once again fantastic very helpful enthusiastic and as always gone the extra mile that's what you want in a dealership, I have 3 things I measure dealerships (trust, honesty, friendship) I can honestly say the experience was great.

I bought a Range rover TITAN from Benz-baverian, nothing but problem after problem! Costing me more money after more money. Looks a good garage. Very polite service but beware! Like I say I've had issue after issue when it was supposed to be resolved. Never get back intouch with you they just say they will!

The garage accommodated my needs very well, providing great communication, including a video call to view the car and ask any questions I may have, in the absence of me being able to get down to Derby to view the car in person. 5* service from the minute we stepped on the forecourt! Everyone was so approachable, especially Neil who dealt with our sale. He made the whole experience so smooth, couldn't do more for us and even went out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure we had a great car buying experience. Picked up my dream car a few weeks ago from these guys and I can't thank them enough. Josh met us at the showroom the week before to show us the car and gave us the keys for a test drive. There were a few scuffs on the wheels and marks on the paintwork but josh offered to have the car detailed and have the wheels refurbed before collection and it looked great afterwards. I still love the car and was very grateful for the great customer service we received. Thanks again guys!

These guys are genuine, all of them. The valets to mechanics are all happy, helpful, knowledgable. You've usually got a couple of grumpy guys in the back that clearly don't want to talk to you but not here. When I asked a question they didn't know, they didn't make an answer up, they said they didn't know and went to find the correct information. No blagging, no dishonesty, no hard sales.

This praise is high from me because I can pick fault with everything and everyone but I honestly can't fault these guys from my first experience with them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and probably wouldn't go anywhere else now. I'd tell them what I'm after and see what they can source.

Great dealership! The only place I have brought a car from that actually still seem to care after you've paid and collected it. I'm sure I will return soon for another!

First class service by Felix and Briony viewed a car on Monday, deal done before I left. Window tints and small bits upgraded in the interior, as well as private plates fitted, . collected a few days later.

If you like the look of any car they are selling proceed with caution. Avoid the suggestion of paying a deposit to "reserve the car". Watch the price carefully as they might suggest it is a "trade price". Watch the extras; cheap floor mats, a wash and wax, upholstery treatment and alike will cost significantly more than they are worth. Don't sign or drive out without everything resolved. PAY FOR AN AA OR RAC INSPECTION.

I know someone who has his cars from here and he says he is always been happy, people moan on these reviews to cause trouble but never say when things are good, like I say, I have been told reliably there cars have been sound

Fair price, but car came back from service with oil leak; charged 40 to put it right.
