Aftersales Report

We are able to carry out schedule servicing for almost all makes and model of car or small van. This extends to cars still under manufacturer's warranty where the warranty will not be compromised. Our labour charges are in the main significantly lower than the franchised dealer community which means that servicing costs can be up to 30% cheaper, without compromising on the quality of work. We provide a free loan car service(subject to availability) and all cars benefit from a mini valet once completed.

So far so good, with the car. Reserved the car for only 100. Made the trip a few days later. On arrival I was greeted with a warm vibe. They then looked over my trade-in and let look around the new car etc. Guiding me through it and answering my questions. On to the paper work. Smooth, they even sorted the tax out for me. All I had to do was change my insurance. They then went through all of the cars features and got me on the apps. This was a big purchase for me and they made it feel special. Top marks Armstrong Massey.

This is a great garage. I bought my car from Neil, who was absolutely great and didn't give us the usual car salesman spiel. I felt totally at ease and not pressured into a decision. My car came with a six month warranty and I had to take it back as there was a problem with the aircon. It was booked in the day after I rang and fixed with no hassle. I would definitely recommend them.
