Bought Toyota ESTIMA in good looking condition. They guarantee everything is checked and all works. A week later we had engine warning light which apparently is not big issue and we expected the warranty company to pay for it. We couldn't find garage with computer that can do the job and come back to Toho motors that charge us 396 for this. Now the warranty do not exept this problem as is not major and Toho motors also do not accept responsibility for having this problem just a week after we bought it.

After sending email to them they even accuse us for putting wrong fuel in the car for this issue which is not right. If this was right why we go to them again? They were very rude. Also let me tell you the car condition is overall ok but check before buy. Do not trust them. There was missing polish on the roof of the car. The window is having noise when you are closing. Also the seats have a noise without touching them. The dvd player is working from time to time only. There is a smell from the AC.

Without a doubt the best car dealership I have interacted to date, provided outstanding service and demonstrated expert knowledge of Japanese imported vehicles. Needed to replace our diesel 7-seater due to the ULEZ, and stumbled upon a listing for a Toyota Estima petrol online. Upon arriving, we were told that the car we had seen was just sold, yesterday. However, there were two other cars on hand with less mileage and with confidence, were able to make a deal.

The next day, we left in our new car. Every single query and uncertainty was answered with both expertise and patience; it felt very reassuring as a buyer knowing that the 34 years of experience was clearly evidenct in their conduct. Was always clear and concise to the end, from when we walked in to explaining everything we needed to know about the car before we left. A pleasure to purchase a car from Toho, maybe we'll be back in 10 years to buy another!

I thought I'd done quite a bit of research on Japanese Imported vehicles and I was ready to take the plunge. Toho Motors in Dagenham is close to home and so I decided to pop in on the off chance! They really know their stuff and within five minutes I realised I had a lot to learn about this subject. Toho really take a pride in their customer service and they patiently listened to all my queries and ideas.

They had a wide choice of potential vehicles all presented in immaculate condition, complete with Jevic Certificate to verfiy the mileage. And all the potential issues such as speedo in mph, UK radio, fog light etc were already done and done well. In the end I decided to go for a 2012 Toyota Estima Hybrid and mine came with a UK Sat Nav multimedia system.

It's been great so far and I really have no complaints. For local commuting the hybrid drive looks like it will deliver. I am about to embark on a long trip to Devon and back and suspect it will be significantly more economical than the usual Elgrand or Alphard choices.

We bWe bought a 2013 Toyota previa have to say really happy with the car and the level of cleanliness in the body work with it. Think we paid a little bit more but I wanted to go to a dealer that had a long history dealing with these kind of cars as it could have probably cheaper elsewhere but couldn't be guaranteed on the service. I have to say the service we've had there has been absolutely amazing the moment we've we went there, they've have been nothing but friendly and helpful taking the time to show us all the different cars and given us the options and helping to make suggestions which is right for us not just to sell a more expensive model did have one slight problem after buying the car with a key with the key they sent us a email without straight away and this resolved the problem.

I would highly recommend anyone to go and see them and would also use them again in the future. my car will be going back there for its MOT and servicing as this is the type of car they deal with day in and day out and if you're looking at buying this kind of car is I find it's always best taking it to someone who knows what they're talking about. like to thank you for your help and support in purchasing the vehicle. Living in an area with the ever looming congestion charge, we decided to start looking for electric or hybrid vehicles. After visiting various showrooms we decided to visit Toho motors, and thank goodness we did! The owners of Toho Motors couldn't have been more helpful they have an extensive knowledge of the vehicles they sell and have been in the business for a very long time.

They were happy to answer any questions and were not pushy at all. Our only problem was there was three vehicles at Toho which we equally loved. We finally settled on a dark blue Toyota voxy. we couldn't be more happy. From start to finish the service was exemplary and we know, should there be any problems, or when we need MOT or service we can go back to Toho motors with confidence and receive that service.

The vehicle drives beautifully, and we are often asked what the vehicle is and where we got it from and we are more than happy to recommend Toho motors and the service they provide. Thanks guys.

We bought a Toyota Noah Hybrid from Toho Motors last week. We needed a larger vehicle to accomodate a growing family and were about to be hit by the ULEZ charges next year with our German diesel vehicle. My review echos what others have said. The two brothers who run Toho Motors were inpecibly polite and helpful and took the time to describe the features of the vehicles and their advantages and disadvantages.

They were never pushy as you find many other car salesmen to be. We actually bought the Noah from them on the second occasion we visited as I initiatially thought that the MPVs were a bit too big for us. But after two months of looking around and dealing with dodgy salesman and not being able to verify the quality of the cars we came back to Toho Motors.

They have over thirty years of experience in importing Japanese vehicles and this is what they specialise in. You would be hard pressed to find a similar dealer with such pedigree. After purchasing the car they were always happy to spend time on a call with you to explain the features of the car. Their vehicles are immaculately prepared and they also specialise in repairs of hybrids and their servicing.

We had some slight teething problems with the vehicle radio and dashboard and they rectified these within a day. If like me you don't have much time to mess around looking for good quality MPVs/mini-vans and want to go for a quality vehicle and sales at good value then I would advise you not to waste more time and go straight to Toho Motors.

Don't know what's about the 1 star and 2 star reviews, Toho motors is definitely one of the best Japanese vehicle importers in London and possibly the UK. A* customer service, cheap car prices. If you want to buy a good value used Japanese vehicle, then Toho motors is the place to come.

Took my Japanese import Nissan X-trail here to get some work done for an IVA retest. Tariq and his team did a fantastic job, they were so friendly and helpful. The quality of the work was excellent and was all turned around in 3 days. The price was good as well. If I ever import a car again I will go straight to Toho

I had a great experience with Toho motors buying my Toyota Vellfire. I was coming to UK from abroad and I reserved the car before I arrived, and afterwards Tariq was really helpful in helping me deal with all the procedures as well as answering my questions swiftly. I also had good recommendations and advice on the motor insurance matter. When I arrived to collect the car, they were very nice and friendly, and the car was in pristine condition. Toho Motors do import high quality Japanese imported cars and I would definitely recommend their service.

We bought our Toyota Estima from Toho Motors last September (2019) and I have waited until now to review as I wanted to see how the car performed several over several months. We have been delighted with our car, we live in central London and with new emissions controls coming in we wanted a hybrid and with 4 children we needed a sizeable one. The staff at Toho Motors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the car is everything we had hoped it would be, a joy to drive and comfortable even with all of us and our luggage. We have had no problems with it at all.

Very nice, open, honest guys. They know their business and they are there for the long term rather than to make a quick buck. They only seem to import good cars so felt comfortable buying from them. Highly recommended.

I can not praise Tariq enough with the whole service I was provided. His knowledge was huge and after speaking to Tariq and how the system works with getting the cars into the country Tariq has the best possible set up even employing people of his own in Japan. At Toho Motors they really only have the best cars. Tariq went further than any other salesman I have ever met before but Tariq isn't the stereotypical car salesman he is much more than just a salesman he cares and cant do enough to help.

He helped me get a finance package that was looking unlikely at one point. The cars at Toho motors are all immaculate, low miles and truly beautiful. I will definitely buy my next car from Tariq. I cant thank him enough.

Tariq and his brother helped me with the registration and IVA testing of my imported car. They were hugely helpful and solved problems that others could not. At all times they were very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of importing a car into the UK then you should use Toho Motors.
