Lexus Croydon has been amazing from start to finish. I came in with my mum a couple weeks ago and Husayn has been very helpful in helping my mum find her perf car. Hats of to Husayn for being patient with us and always willing to be a great help! Can't wait to pick up our new car this weekend!

I bought an approved used CT200 Premier, specifically for the ML sound system, and after trying to workout why the sound from the rear sounded off/phased I found that the Subwoofer is completely missing from the housing it is supposed to be in. Comparing it to images on google it looks like the previous owner had modified the housing as there's glue and electrical tape over it, and the wire has been spliced with some round sockets, I guess to install a different speaker in there.

This also worries me about what the previous owners were like and how they treated the car. I sent a photo to the address I was previously communicating with before the sale, however the previously prompt replies have now ceased and I've not received a response in 9 days. I must say though the experience prior to purchase was decent, the people were all nice and it wasn't pushy.

It's was my first car purchase so I didn't know what to expect. The premises were also nice, bright and clean. I felt I didn't have enough time to inspect the car to the nth degree as there are more issues I've noticed since, however I feel that if I had asked for more time it would have been completely fine, so that was a lesson learnt. I also struggled with the test drive route, near the Tesco, but I guess that is partly my inexperience also. Having used up most of my savings to pay outright for a car from a main dealership in the hope of no issues and the supposedly second to non Lexus customer service, this leaves me a bit disappointed.

I recently visited Lexus Croydon and had an appointment with Husayn Tejani. I was really impressed by the welcome I received from all the staff. I have been to a few showrooms recently but Lexus was the best. They made it fun and informative at the same time. A special mention to Qasim and Niomi the lady at the front desk who also made this a pleasurable experience for me and my family. Keep up the good work.

A great experience at Lexus Croydon, we were greeted with a such a warm and friendly welcome. Husayn especially was extremely kind, patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through everything we needed to know. We didn't feel pressured at all, instead we were encouraged to take our time to make a decision that was best for us. We will definitely be coming back in the future, particularly to this showroom because of the great customer service Husayn provided. Lexus is very lucky to have great staff like Husayn who genuinely listens to the customer and caters to their needs.

We have also recommended Lexus to other family and friends because of the warm welcome and great custom received by Husayn and other staff. Overall, one of the best experiences at any car showroom!

Really pleasant experience. A wonderful greeting on arrival by a really lovely lady who made us lovely coffee! Her manner and friendliness should be copied and pasted everywhere! Sales guy Steve was really helpful and informative and not pushy at all - exactly what we like. We've not decided yet which car we are going for but had such a nice experience i wanted to review them.

Have had one of our cars serviced (and MOT) here for 3 years, using their service plans. The communication and service was great. However, have recently had big problems getting through on the phone to arrange a service or quote. I was holding for for long periods on several occasions, whilst they went to find a representative.and had to cut the call after waiting over 20mins. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have recently just bought my 3rd car from Simon and the reason I keep coming back to Lexus is purely because of the service Simon delivers. So personable and helpful that he has my complete loyalty. I would go as far as saying that If Simon were to ever leave Lexus, I would too. I buy Lexus cars purely because of Simon.

Lexus is always great at providing good customer service. Friendly staff, humourous and as Richard Hammond says: "Spared no expense!" They are expensive, but they provide videos of your car in the shop whilst being serviced. They have set prices for a lot of things so you have a good idea of the cost before you've taken the car in. I dropped a star as I was not offered the collection and drop off service, for which Lexus Croydon are renowned, for the service of my vehicle. Quick turnaround time as well.

I visited here recently at a weekend while shortlisting several cars. The showroom is extremely attractive, as are the cars! I tried to obtain a price for a specific vehicle. The young woman who dealt with me was extremely pleasant but could not give me a final price as no sales manager was present, due to illness. It was hard to believe, in the supposed recession we are in, that no-one was available to give a price and clinch the sale of a car costing over 23,000. I bought a car from a rival manufacturer on the same day, for cash.
