Not very happy with the vehicle I bought or the customer service that came with it! I bought a 2014 lorry off them, at first great to deal with when buying the lorry, even shipped it to Ireland for me. However when I went to pick it up at the port the lorry broke down as soon as I left the port! I had to pay for a HGV mechanic to come and sort it out on the side of the road.
Found out the lorry was in very poor condition and actually needed a lot of work doing to it to get it roadworthy. Rang the said company in the UK, they agreed to pay half the expenses to fix the problems, which I was ok with! However money never came through to me, I rang and text numerous times to no avail. In the end I was told in no uncertain terms to #### off! Unfortunately through my experience of dealing with this company I would not recommended dealing with them or buying off them. Buyer beware!

Went to them in good faith the truck we viewed had some faults we were told that they would be repaired and we would be given a new mot, we agreed to buy the truck thinking any truck that is going to have an mot done would have to be repaired because you can't pass the mot if repairs are needed doing. When we were finally going to receive the truck we got a phone call that it's broken down on the way to Birmingham so we had to go and tow it to our yard we took it to a mechanic he pulled out a whole load of sponges covering holes, there were so many air leaks we were all baffled at the thaught of how has this passed it's mot.
We phoned them and told them what they had done all we were told is that the boss is responsible and there's nothing they can do they knew that there truck was not road worthy but they still sold it.
