Shocking customer service, avoid if possible! I bought a van from them but their aftercare is terrible. The paint work has started bubbling and will cost a considerable amount to rectify. I've tried to contact them several times but they won't get back to me. Go else where if you wish to be treated as expected when parting with your own money!

This experience was 10/10 Offered more for my truck then the main dealer did, made it very easy to transfer lease etc over, picking a van was incredibly easy as all vans are spot on, spent all in all 1/2hr in the office, everyone in the office was helpful and just made the experience incredibly easy. Highly recommend anyone coming here or buying online.

Customer service or good manners are things they never heard off- Avoid at all cost. On top of that the van we were interested in was being jump started, and just half washed- half dirty. -Please be aware they knew we were coming to view it. One of the worst experiences. We bought a van 20 minutes later at another place as the so called "Professionals" at this place couldn't be bothered even to show us the van answer any questions nor even give a welcome feel upon arrival. Shocking!

Very clear professional service. We purchased our 4th vehicle this year after 15 years of using this dealership. Each time the Van's have been presented in fantastic condition, the purchase process has been effortless and we had a few specific requests on last purchase and they found a van to match our needs within no time. Thank you

Great honest dealer ship. I recently brought a Renault traffic from vans direct, I looked at loads of the exact same vans and this one I was sold on instantly I put a deposit down strait after the test drive! They also have brilliant customer service and there is not one bad van on there forecourt you are spoilt for choice. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
I paid a very fair price for the van and they also gave me a decent amount for part ex-change! If you want a great van this is the place to go I highly recommend Scott as well he was extremely helpful!

Review for Vans Direct Southern I purchased a van from vans direct based on them being a reputable company, however unfortunately this has been a very negative experience for a number of reasons. - The van I purchased began to make a noise shortly after purchasing it, when I contacted vans direct to sort it out they were sceptical of the issues I had raised and collected the van to take back to Southampton. - The garage vans direct had used to complete repairs to the van had not been done correctly which left me back at square one with the same issue.
I had to source a local garage to carry out the repairs properly. - The van was advertised as having a new MOT, Full service history and a new cam belt. - On further inspection the van had far from a complete service history with a number of jobs outstanding. - I later found out the MOT was due 5 months after I purchased it. Van direct said that it had a new MOT when they came into possession of the van which is misleading. - The van then failed its MOT which cost me 500. - A mechanic inspected the water pump and cam belt and confirmed that this was not new.
When I asked Vans Direct about this they said that because there was an * next to the new cam belt advertised this meant that it would only have been done if it was needed. Very misleading. - I asked if they had any record of when the cam belt had last been done and they said that they did not and I should have been given a folder with the paper work from the van.
I confirmed again that I did not receive this. - The cam belt and water pump will now cost a further 350. I went with a reputable garage to ensure that I would be looked after as a consumer. Sadly, I would not recommend Vans Direct to another consumer based on my incredibly negative and costly experience.
