Please note - Free Brake Check - With safety-critical components like brakes, it's best to book a check before you start noticing signs of wear. Spongy pedals, squealing or grinding noises, and even your car pulling to one side when the brakes are applied could be signs of brake wear. Book a free brake check with us and our KODA trained technicians will carefully assess all aspects of your system, including brake pads, shoes, callipers, hoses, discs and handbrake linkages. The above displayed prices are valid for KODA cars 3 years (from first MOT) up to 10 years old and are available to customers at participating KODA retailers only.
Please note-If your car requires brake fluid as part of a service, it will be charged for separately. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Subject to vehicle check. Services, MOT and any warranty repairs must be undertaken within the duration of the plan. Excludes electric vehicles. Your electric car will still require regular servicing just like a petrol or diesel alternative.
All-in from KODA is available to existing owners whose car is between 3-6 years old. Your car will also need to have fewer than 100,000 miles on the clock and an engine that's no bigger than two litres. At your eligibility check appointment, our KODA trained technicians will ensure your vehicle has been well maintained and meets the criteria of the Warranty cover, before offering to activate your All-in from KODA cover. A KODA trained technician will check your car to make sure it's in top working order, and will use genuine parts.

I taken my Skoda superb in for an stated by the computer service. The car then asked for service about seven months later. So I took the car back in. They presented me with the service history at which stage it became evident that they had switched me from a flexible 20,000 mile interval service plan which the car had always been on to a fixed 10,000 mile service plan.
I explained that I was not aware that they had done this nor had I requested this. Subsequently my vehicle did not require a service. They tried to blame an alternative dealer for changing this. The paperwork evidently proved this to be wrong. They tried to say that they did not know that I was on a flexible service plan. Again their paperwork proved this to be incorrect.
I said I didn't think it was fair that they were charging me for an unnecessary service at which stage they reminded me I'd signed a contract and demanded payment. No apology no acceptance of responsibility nothing. Shockingly bad customer service although they did stand to double their income with me had I not noticed. I use main dealers to avoid people engaging these tactics to take advantage of me

Love my car, and the sales team. The service team is fairly useless at ever calling you back though! Guess it's a case of "made the sale, goodbye and good luck!" Disappointed as, in person, the team there is great, but am tired of begging for a call back. ##in response to Skoda's comment - you have my details; you are MORE than welcome to contact me. I won't be calling you.

They used to be an excellent dealer and were really nice to deal with. Fair pricing good service. Not anymore. I have a Fabia owned from new 2014 purchased from Allams. Over last 3 years customer service has become non existant. Service prices rocketed. Won't collect and return vehicle if you are more than 5 miles away. Won't collect at all unless you spend hundreds of. Goodwill gestures for failures by Allams are never offered. Accept it or go elsewhere policy governed strictly by greed.

I have purchased two cars from Allams in the last three years and have found them to be very friendly, honest and helpful on both occasions, as well as offering competitive new car pricing. They very promptly fixed some minor damage on my new car this week without any quibbles. The showroom and service desk environment is also very pleasant with plenty of parking available.
