We recently purchased a vehicle through Croyland and we are so glad we chose their car lot that day! The super friendly, Josh, helped us out and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we got our perfect car. He was the most "unsalesy" salesman we have dealt with, so that was really refreshing. He guided us through our options and at no stage did we feel pressured to make a decision.
Their after sales service is also great - there was an issue with the aircon and they were able to get it fixed the very next day with no questions asked. We definitely recommend Croyland Car Megastore.

I and other family members have brought multiple cars from Croyland, mostly high end whereby you do expect a good level of quality from the purchase. I can not fault the service, both on the forecourt and from an aftersales perspective. Its the main reason we go back to Croyland when ready for some new wheels. Lost count on how many times i have recommended this car dealer to others in the area.

After nearly 4 decades of loyalty we are hugely disappointed with our latest purchase. After a supposed service, as per the signed service book, within 2000 miles the brakes are 90% worn! With brake disks below the legal limit, the car was seriously unsafe and despite asking the GM for details of alleged service we have been ignored. Very rude, not the customer care we were used to from the family who founded this company. *Very pleased to confirm a satisfactory conclusion has been reached.

We've been searching for a car to swap ours for about 6 months. So manly garages offered low trade in prices and didn't want to get involved with my private plate. Josh was so helpful and willing to answer all my daft questions. They were so speedy and the most unsalesy sales people I've ever know. Even though it was a 6hr round trip we will definitely look them up next time we're looking to swap.

Same issues as other reviews, Croylands cars are resprayed before sale to cover stone chips e, c, t. The problem is the work is to a very poor standard, cracks & peels soon after purchase, . they tried to say paint was damaged after sale, a professional bodyshop assessment proved otherwise, they do not return calls, staff are rude & very unhelpfull. My advise would be get a car professionally checked over before purchase or better still buy elswhere!

Got a car from here and had the best service. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get finance so was hesitant to even look for a car I liked, however they talked me through every step and found a car me and my children love. It has been a tough journey to get here after another car garage did me wrong taking my money and leaving me and my children without a car for months. Purchased a car for 7000. Ran for two months then the battery died, so much for the checks done that are highlighted. But fair play the battery was exchanged, three months later the car had starting issues and hasn't stopped with the problems. I currently work here, never before have I been so comfortable in a job. As a woman in a male dominated line of work, I feel safe - nobody is crude, makes me uncomfortable or fear for my safety. My boss doesn't patronise or look down at me. My colleagues are friendly and welcoming, full of banter. It's been a while since I have felt like this. I love my job, I love to work here and sincerely hope I'm here for a long time.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great cars, great employees, management is fantastic. Everything about it i love. We particularly spoke with Jamie and he is so great. Everyone else is as lovely though. They kept in contact with us and were so helpful. There is a lot more nice things to say about this car dealership but I'll let you find out more for yourselves. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!

Part exchanged our car today, dealt with Josh who was very professional and polite and did what he said he would. Very pleased with the price we received for our car and the price we paid for the new one. The car had a small dent on the front of the bonnet, the repair is invisible great job! Would definitely recommend Josh and the team.
