James went above and beyond to get me into the right car for me. Not an easy task considering I put a deposit down on one, then agreed finance on another before eventually going with the troc.

First class service asked to bring car up ASAP, arrived and took directly into workshop, repair took 30 minutes, totally satisfied with Pulman, top class

After almost being ripped off by VW Darlington to repair a damaged radar (2000!), these guys repaired the bracket and confirmed the radar was still working fine. Less than 200 in total. Very honest garage. I'm very particular about my car (and they know it!), so this is one of the few garages I really trust.

Brilliant garage, sales, service and reception are all first class. Great customer experience, always treat with great care and professionalism. Given plenty of time just to look around. They ho out of their way to make you more than happy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my car in for the 3rd time with same problem on Tuesday 8th February 2022. It is a VW Up 1 litre which is guzzling petrol, like there is no tomorrow. Yet again nothing was found, although I can actually watch the level go down on the gauge as I'm driving. I went from penshaw to Horden which is 36 miles it took 2 quadrants on the petrol gauge.

Even my friend pays less a month for his 2 litre audi. I bought the car as its small and economical, however not the case. Probably get rid after the 2 year warranty finishes. I've always praised pullmans at Durham but not this time and I will probably go back to another dealer, in the future. Very disappointed as this is an approved VW car. Going to fill up and check exactly what I get then I will be contacting senior management as there is no way that it should be using this much for a 6 year old car, even my mate puts less than me in over a month with a 2 litre audi.

Excellent customer service from Lisa this week! Sorted me out with a new car so quickly and nothing I asked for was too much. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help sort me out. Highly recommend, will definitely be back in the future! Makes such a difference feeling so welcomed and provided with so much help! Thanks so much again Lisa.

Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership.

When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!

After being to so many other dealerships it was so refreshing to find staff that understood what we really wanted and we would like to thank Dean for his excellent service and have to say the best coffee ever. It's great to see young people with such a pleasant attitude. We are now the proud owners of a new Polo. We will be back and would highly recommend Pullman to others.
