I did actually get a good car for a good price, it was that good I bought in there on the spot. The after sales. not so good. One salesman though (I think his name is Ian) was nice and helpful. Karim was really abrupt with me over the phone when I called to chase for my service book which still hadn't been sent to me 3 months after the purchase. I read another review about Mark's attitude and I agree, unnecessary.

Excellent service and was very happy they delivered the car and dealt with a dashboard bulb light that was not showing. It was a simple fix and done in a 5 minutes. Fiat want it booked in to repair but you guys did it for me. Well done

The sales guy and car were great. The after care and garage wasn't so good. needed to get the bumper fixed (my fault) but lots of misinformation, a couple of lies and 500 later im not happy with the result. the bumper doesn't sit flush and the paint is lumpy in parts. I wouldn't bother using this place if I were you! Edit: I would have come and mentioned it but I really could be bothered putting up with mark and his attitude one minute longer. And as for not needing the replacement it sure did after mark got his hands on it the first time

Just purchased a nice little Car from Classic Automobiles. Benjamin the sales person was friendly and supported me all the way through. The company made sure the vehicle was up to scratch and even got some body work marks put right before collection day! Would highly recommend

Makes a change to get a used car salesman who is calm quiet and not overly pushy. Benjamin was a charm. this did help me make my mind up to buy from them. He delivered the car as arranged and lets hope the car turns out to be as charming and reliable as him.

The staff members are absolutely amazing and because of that I am really sorry for leaving a bad review. However, I purchased a car from classic automobiles and not long after I started having problems with it. Several times I took the car back to be fixed, breaks or banging underneath the car evetytime I turn left or right, gear problems and so on, basically the car is falling apart and everytime I took the car back with the same issue. The car is been sold in a very dangerous state to my self and the others on the road and a very expensive cost to be repaired not long after being purchased.

No pressure viewing, accommodating, no hard sell. Relaxed approach so I was left alone to look at the car rather than feel like a sales person was breathing down my neck, they were in the office if I needed any questions, even allowed me to test fit my 1 year olds' car seat. Very happy with the experience

I was looking to part-exchange and get a smaller car. After researching online, I saw a Hyundai i10 at Classic Automobiles. Thanks for a great service. I was a little reluctant to buy online knowing how easy it is to sell a car that has problems. Mark and all the persons I've dealt with have been very professional and transparent, and made an honest depiction of the car. They did the MOT right away for me and checked the car and even repaired something for free before delivering it to my home which was an hour + away. Thanks Mark and everyone at Classic Automobiles. Without a doubt a great place to buy a second hand car. The customer service was exactly what you need when you're unsure about buying a car. The test drive was long enough to feel the abilities of the car and the salesman was helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to this great company. A long standing company proves it hard work and it's commitments to the customer. If I ever buy another car it will be from this company.

Bought a I30 Hyundai there, we went on holidays, I had 2 weeks off, 2 things to do a holiday and before going back to work getting my car as had an accident and my old one was written off! Cut a long story short, living in Bromley, getting to Croydon made sense so we went. First met on the phone with Karim who offered to pick us up from the. station, I thought WOW!

This is service and I would know i run restaurant for a living! We had seen this silver Hyundai, but we got there on that Saturday it was sold, Karim had tried to contact us to let us know, a shame but then he showed us this black one which I fell in love with and bought, Saturday view and test the car, Monday by 2.30pm it is with me and have bought it! 48 hours job done!
