I would not go near this garage. I recently tried to order a new key fob for my jeep. Firstly after my enquiry, my email with my V5 requested was ignored. After a couple of weeks, I called in again. I was told the key fob would take nearly 2 months, and would cost over 600. I decided and informed the garage I would source my own key fob. I managed to get a key fob direct from the USA delivered the next day for the cost of 80 including the FedEx next day delivery!
I then contacted the garage to see if they could simply programme it. They said it would take at least an hour to programme. I booked it in and on turning up at the garage was told it would take at least an hour, the service department was currently not manned (even though I had come at their requested time) and I left, saying I would go elsewhere.
I found someone who not only cut the key but programmed the key in under 20 minutes but came to my house the next day. This garage is a complete rip off. Their customer service is horrendous and when you turn up even though they are empty, the staff leave you sitting there for 15 minutes. shocking. They have now charged my card, without my permission for the cutting of a key of nearly 80 (!) which is redundant anyway as I have an automatic start on the jeep - they are refusing to refund it. Honestly if you want to be ripped off and have a horrendous customer experience, contact them today!

I recently purchased my second Fiat 500 from Thames Motor Group. Super friendly team who looked after me with a smooth and easy service from start to finish. Delighted with my car and special thanks to Shane for all his help. A top showroom and wonderful dealership. Thames aren't my most local dealer but I certainly do not mind travelling to use them- many thanks

Must say great service from the manager at the start when I enquired about the car. But overall my experience here was not what I expected. I have even contacted them once I purchased the car for an upgrade as unhappy with the car I brought. No one wants to know or willing to help. Really poor service from a great brand. Thanks for the reply. Definitely a communication break down as no one got back to me. And no there was not a price budget in place as I've just gone and brought a brand new one. So please understand the situation. Thanks you all and all the best.

Not brilliant. Purchased a used car from them at the end of April, after just 2 miles the engine fault light came on. Took it back, 1st was asked if I'd stalled it as apparently that puts the fault light on - I don't think so! It was taken into workshop to investigate the fault, after a short wait was advised by technician that they were unable to recreate the fault and that it was probably when I filled it up with fuel, ie the rush of fuel & air into the tank, I explained that I did not accept that.
Back into the workshop, after further investigation was advised that it had a air/fuel mixture fault (suspected defective O2 sensor) but car was safe to drive and it would be easier if I took the car there & then and sorted it out at my leisure under warranty - I refused. Eventually given a courtesy car to take home whilst they fixed mine. Got it back some 5 days later after they found & replaced a damaged air intake pipe.
To be fair its been fine since then & Thames Motor Group did refund me 40 to cover the cost of all my fuel they used in test runs & inconvenience. Would I buy another car from Thames Motor Group - probably not.
