As it was mentioned by one of the reviewers, please get the repair cost before hand it to them. It's better to be in written format so you can file a case if they overcharge you. Their repairing cost is extremely high. I brought my car for over heating problem and water pump was previously replaced by different garage. I told this garage and showed them the receipt as well.

They replaced the water pump again and charged 900.00. After they replaced the pump same problem existed and they checked it again for two days and cleaned inside and replaced the thermostat. This time charged 1600.00. Rip-off.

I had a full service and MOT on my Alfa Romeo Giulia, couldn't be happier with the service, it really was above and beyond what I had experienced in other garages, it made some branded garages look very average.

This was my first time visiting Kinghams after a poor experience with a main dealer and it was a total revelation. The garage itself is amazing and the service was fast, efficient and friendly. They even sent a video of my repair and inspection of my car. Can't recommend them highly enough - 1st class!

What a treat to come and have the car serviced! I brought the laptop with, enjoyed some lovely coffee whilst I connected to wifi and did some work with the relaxing music in the background. I rescheduled this appointment about 3 times as I didn't want to bring the baby with. However now I've been here I see I could have brought her here, all the books and toys in the waiting area could have kept her busy. A great spot for families, making the car service less of a chore! Thanks to all the team!

Many thanks for the Keith and the team for the 1st class service I received today, Car was due a couple of recalls that had not been carried out from the previous owner and the group was happy to help even though I had not been here before. Please also thank the technicians that worked on my car, circumnavigating the wiring behind the dash sounded troublesome. Everyone was accommodating, polite and helpful. I look forward to my next visit here.

I gave my car for accident repair. I wait long time. But result is most interesting. I collect my car few days later and straight claim. Bumper and rear doors in different colours. Manufacture of car change different gap between doors and rest panels. answer from garage they can't do nothing and this is ok. When I told my complaints regarding to this repair person start shouting on me. Look on pictures. how this garage is professional?

Any time you use a new garage you're always a bit wary and this was no different - I have always stuck to what I know. However when the manufacturer issues a recall notice you have to go to an approved dealer. Kinghams were my closest. Staff were friendly on the telephone making the booking, you get confirmation by text (and a reminder) and I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable in person.

During the day I received 2 videos of the work being carried out (airbag replacement) and a call to let me know when the work was completed. Overall a positive experience (and a nice shiny car on collection)
