Bought a Beautiful E class Mercedes from here. John ( the owner) was up front and very knowledgeable about the car. On the day i picked the car up it was serviced. 12 months MOT. 6 months warranty.and fully valeted.( thanks Bill.) Realy enjoying the Mercedes as John said there a nice car. Ps he should know he's got one too!

I am pretty displeased with this garage. I bought a fiat panda about two months back which I later discovered had a back door which wouldn't lock. It was still under warranty and the garage asked me to take the car in to get it fixed. On arrival at the agreed time, I couldn't see any room on the forecourt and so parked up in the nearby street. I legally parked on a restricted time parking bay and showed a guy from the garage the fault.
He took the car keys and said he would sort it. I assumed he would move the car before the time restriction ran out. Today I have come home to discover that my car incurred a car parking penalty notice just over an hour later after the time I had left it. There had been plenty of time to move the car but this appears not to have happened. I was never informed of this penalty and I can only assume someone must have screwed up the notice and thrown it away because it was not on the car when I picked it up. I now have to pay a fine for entrusting this garage with my vehicle. This to me is real shoddy behaviour and I will not use this garage again.
