Alan Ledington has been working with Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars for over thirty years. Although fully trained by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a mechanic, most of his time is now spent dealing with the day to day running of the Company. A recent survey of telephone calls revealed that he speaks to about 30 clients each day. Alan Ledington has been known to owners from his years employed as Service Director for a main distributor. Over the last seven years he has always concentrated on a reputation for excellent service and customer care.

On the drive home it was running better than I ever remember. I could have happily kept on driving all afternoon, it was such a pleasure to feel it running at it's best. And as for the bodywork/paint shine it looked like it had come straightout of the R-R showroom (or maybe better). I have just returned to the office having visited you to look at an engine management warning light - which appears fine and fixed and my thanks to you and Andy. The purpose of this mail is to repeat my thanks not only for the prompt attention to the car but with no charge.

My husband was recommended to Balmoral by the Rolls Royce dealership when he bought a Silver Seraph several years ago. We live in Cheshire and there are places far closer to us than Balmoral who are based close to Halesowen in the Midlands, but he was told, in the opinion of the dealership they were the best in the U.K. for servicing luxury cars. The small team of engineers there do a fantastic job.
They are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and the attention to detail is second to none. If needed they come and collect or deliver the cars from us. Two years ago my husband bought me a Bentley Continental from them for my birthday and I have had it serviced there too. They do a great job which is fairly priced and the after sales care and service is excellent. If you have a Rolls Royce, Bentley or luxury car then you will be hard pressed to find a better garage to service it.

Picked up my Bentley Continental GT and Sam has done a great job, full 60k service, new radiator and brakes and a few other jobs, car drives like brand new and looks amazing! Absolutely superb service, had an issue with a non-retracting aero foil. Immeditaly diagnosed the problem, fixed on spot, good price. Wonderful service and washed my car! What a refreshing change, to find a dealer/repair garage that actually listens to what you say and does what they say they will! I have viewed a few cars here, sadly not found the car that meets my exact requirements but have to say that if they had had the car i wanted i would have bought it in a heartbeat. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam and Andrew, they went out of their way to try to accommodate my needs.
I have been looking for a certain car and been to visit many dealers, some of who seem like they cannot be bothered, but Balmoral were the exact opposite. Would not hesitate to buy from them or recommend them. 10/10!

This was my first experience of Balmoral UK and after 30 years of Rolls Royce and Bentley ownership I can truly say that my experience was nothing less than superb in every aspect. Everyone I spoke to was efficient, courteous and they clearly knew what they were talking about - Andy could not have been more helpful explaining clearly and without the use of jargon.
The initial appraisal of my Rolls Royce was extremely detailed and was backed up by a phone call from Andy just in case I had any questions or anything I needed more clarification on. I can't praise this company high enough and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Andy, Sam and the team at Balmoral provide an excellent service. They are very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a fantastic Bentley from them, subsequently Andy went out of his way to check over another car I was purchasing. They service and repair cars from all over the UK and are more than happy to arrange car collection or a lift to/from the local train station.
