Have been taking my Vitara here ever since it's first service in 2016, had a service plan initially for 3 years then extended it for a further 3. This was the first year I went to an independent mechanic for a full service and he asked if I'd ever had it serviced before, he said the air filter, plugs and pollen filter looked like the original ones from 2015!

They were in really poor condition. (I have only done 6000 miles since the last service). Really disappointed and definitely wont be using Halesowen Motor House for anything else.

Rubbish customer service. In fact no star. Made an enquiry but was met attitude and illiteracy by Adam, Instead of answering my questions. Glad I've not spent my money here. Very unprofessional. Reply to owner's reply: It wasn't about a deal I wanted. I'm more annoyed about how the salesman wouldn't answer the questions. I do have the emails if the owner or manager wants to see it. Customer service should be at the heart of a family business. Thank you for your reply though

I've been looking around for a car, and by luck, I called here. Kevin was on the line, and he listened carefully to my requirements. Then he said to me he've just got the exact right car for me and invited me to come down to have a look. So I went. Kevin was there the whole time from the test drive, explaining to me what I need to be careful of. Then it came down to the paperwork, Kevin really took the time to explain to me all the small details.

He even called me a day after my purchase to check in with me. Amazing customer service! Really appreciated Kevin's help. He made me feel this is more than a business, but rather helping out a friend. I'd definitely come back if I need another car.

I recently purchased a Ford Ka from a motor dealer that ended up being faulty. I required a full vehicle inspection report to prove the vehicle was of unsatisfactory quality. Joe and the rest of the service team managed to get me booked in within days, gave me a fixed price for the job and gave me a full detailed report including photos and videos.

I was then able to take the vehicle back to the original dealer for a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015. I can not thank Joe and the team enough for all their support and genuine empathy. I will be sure to recommend this company to anyone who wishes to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced. Once I'm over the bad experience of buying a faulty car from another dealer I'll be sure to pop down and have a look at the vehicles on offer for sale here as I'm 100% sure I'd be looked after and advised correctly. Richard and the team were really great. We came to them after struggling to get what we needed elsewhere, and they provided the car we wanted, quickly and efficiently, and gave us a really good deal. I bought a Vauxhall Mokka and the car is great. Drives really well and I'm totally happy with my purchase. Was scared because it is a bug purchase but Richard set me at ease and talked me through it. He also helped me set up the navigation system and told me what all the controls meant in the car. Thank you
