The majority of our Used vehicles are one owner cars, which have previously been supplied and serviced by us from New. If the vehicle passes our rigorous inspection then the vehicle will be prepared for sale, with a full valet carried out to an extremely high standard. Any minor imperfections will be dealt with at this stage, anything we consider to be unsatisfactory and could cause future disaffection to our customer or the company then this vehicle will be rejected prior to display.Further to this, we carry out a vehicle mileage check and an Experian check making sure that there is no previous reported accidents or finance outstanding on this vehicle.

From the first call I made through to collecting the keys for my Skoda Octavia Estate was the most stress-free, straight forward car purchase I've ever made. Got both my first and now my second Skoda from All Electric, both on Contract Hire. The service has been excellent, particularly from Matt and Mark going "above and beyond" during the handover from one vehicle to the next. Service reception and mechanics has also been great. I would be happy to go back to All Electric in future.

They were advertising a nearly new Skoda Superb with 4wd and 280bhp I was interested in. Fortunately I phoned up the day before I was going to make the journey to go and see it. I was told that the car was being used by the chairman and, since he didn't work weekends, no I couldn't come to have a look at it on Saturday. Really annoying, they are advertising a car they obviously don't actually want to sell (since it is the chairman's favourite run-around). Not impressed!

I know this is a large dealership with places all over the country. The reason I wanted to review it is not terribly good, but valid, I hope. Late last year we were in the maket for a new or newly new car. We'd had Skoda's before and were thinking of another one. Now, I'm all for not being hassled in car showrooms and I absolutely hate being pounced upon by salesmen. However, each time I went into this showroom I found it difficult to find someone to speak to.
When I did find someone they gave me the distinct impression that because I was either female and/or had a pushchair I wasn't worth taking that seriously. When I asked about the model we were interested in I was told to forget it basically because of the long waiting list. Interestingly, when my husband visited without me, he got a completely different impression of the staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Let's just say that we now have a new car and it isn't a Skoda.
