Norton Way Group was formed by a management buyout of a Honda dealership in Letchworth in 1989. Since that time the Managing Director, David Grainger has added a Mazda dealership on adjoining land and purchased an existing Peugeot franchise to strengthen the Business. With combined expansion ever in mind David opened the innovative Chiswick Honda brand centre on the site of the old Honda UK head office in 2001.

Maximum customer deposit 30%. At the end of the agreement, there are three options: i) Retain: Pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle, ii) Return: Return the vehicle, or iii) Renew: Part exchange your Honda for a new one. You do not have to pay the Final Payment if you return the car at the end of the agreement and you have paid all other amounts due, the vehicle is in good condition and has been serviced in accordance with the Honda service book and the maximum annual mileage has not been exceeded.

I purchased my NC 750X DCT from here new in 2018 and have had it serviced at every service interval with NWH. I have just had my bike serviced with an MOT on the 8th June - during the service the Tech found 2 faults - parking brake and broken exhaust bracket - I authorised the 256 additional cost immediately when called the bike was returned on the 9th June.

I found on the documents returned with the bike that they failed the bikes MOT for the 2 faults found DURING the service as mentioned on the SERVCE inspection sheet suppled to me and in the attached video. One defined as Dangerous and the other a major defect! This history is available to see for anyone who is going to buy my bike when I decide to sell it - not what I wanted on there.

If I had put the bike in for a service on the 8th June and they rectified the faults and went back on the 9th June I would not have this blot on my MOT history. Not the best NWH and cheers Daniel the service manager for leaving me a voicemail and NOT calling back as you stated you would and hence why I didn't ring but hey ho. Anyway, the moral of this review is don't get a service and MOT done here on the same day and for me, it was nice doing business NWH, I shall take my bike elsewhere for them to MOT and Service as I always trusted the Honda brand to carry out my servicing but not anymore.

Excellent service from buying a car to after sale service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staffs throughout. Nice little in-house cafe for customers who are waiting too. Overall very happy with Honda and that's why we've owned 3 Honda CRVs over the last 13 years.

On Tuesday10 May I took my H Jazz into Honda Letchworth because the tyre pressure warning light was on. I was told the left front tyre valve was leaking and I would need a GPS valve costing 198 valve which would have to be ordered with a booking for Friday 13 May. The warning light was still on when I left Honda. On Weds morning the tyre was flat so I took it to the local Quick Fit who fixed it! The warning light had disappeared. On Thursday 8.30 I rang Honda Letchworth to cancel the GPS valve and booking. Value for money? to. inform them that

Having purchased a used petrol Mazda CX-5 from a dealer in Essex 5 weeks ago which was a big mistake on my part as previously owned a Honda CRV diesel & there is no comparison between the two vehicles, I decided to go back to a Honda CRV Petrol, I wanted a Black car & there weren't many EX automatics for sale, I saw Norton Way had a couple for sale, I contacted them spoke to Mark Meredith asked him for a cost to change & arranged to travel there from the South coast approx 270 mile round trip to view the cars, we had a bit of a negotiation & struck a deal, I collected the car on the 3rd March the car was immaculately prepared exactly as promised. The personal service I received from Mark was first class & would have no hesitation to recommend Norton Way as the place to go when you want to change your car.

I've been dealing with Norton Way for around six years, and they've always been friendly, helpful, accommodating, with no pressure on the sales side, and prompt & efficient on the service side. They've sorted out any issues with a minimum of fuss. I wish all dealerships were run like this!

Great service from these guys. If you are looking for a new car, these guys will look after you. The service team are very professional, quick and thorough. I have a service plan, so not sure what they are like on price, but I always get great service and aftercare.

I purchased a car by just looking at am Auto Trader advert. Three things that stand out for me here. 1. The non pressured environment helping one make a considered decision. 2. The car was as advertised, all dealer service history, accurate pictures and a video 3. Personalised and top service from Josh, which was much appreciated and well worth the near 2 hr drive for collection. Do not hesitate to buy from them.

Couldn't be happier with Norton Way Honda. Saved the day and got my Africa Twin back on the road very fast considering it was recovered to the workshop without a booking. Thanks to everyone involved for squeezing it in, diagnosing the fault, and repairing it for a very reasonable price. No issues on the ride home. The only disappointment is I'm not in your area to use you again for servicing etc.

But that can't be helped. Keep doing what you are doing, special thanks to the lady who made the initial booking (apologies I can't remember her name), Jordan for dealing with me and the technician for taking the time to explain the issue to me at the end of his shift
