Oakene Cars has been based in the small market town of Hitchin since the early 90's selling quality used cars. The business was originally started by the current owner as a result of his passion and hobby for nice, unusual and sporty cars, basically cars that are a bit different. Our stock holding isn't as large as it used to be, but what we do carry in stock is selected very carefully.

We work closely with our finance representatives and with their help we will make sure your next vehicle purchase is a smooth, relaxed and stress free experience.
From the south - A1 junction 8 take the A602 for Hitchin, then onto the A505, look for, and follow the many signs for the Industrial Area. Turn left into Grove Road and follow the road all the way into Wilbury Way. From the north - A1 junction 9 take the A505 for Letchworth then follow signs to Hitchin.

The most professional and efficient car dealer I have ever dealt with. Superb service with customer satisfaction being their primary concern Peter Dodson could not have done anything more to make the experience any better. All Dvla transfer documents were done online with me being notified by email the next day. No waiting around for two weeks listening to excuses on the phone from dealers who treat you like a nuisance!
Brilliant warranty supplied with the vehicle as standard. More than enough fuel in the tank to get home, and a superb Audi Q5 with 4 new tyres, 12 months MOT, and a spotless service history. Well worth the two hour drive to be treated so well. Highly recommended dealer.
