Bought a car for a family member. Simon was very helpful and arranged for my brother-in-law to have a test drive during these difficult Covid times. He was vey thorough in going over the cars' details, history and what was included in the price. He was very supportive in trying to get the car available for my-brother-in-law and even offered to deliver it to him on New Years Eve! Whilst it is an old phrase, Simon really did go "the extra mile" in terms of service and professionalism. No hesitation in recommending this garage.

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa 2wks ago. Thank you so much I love it to bits. Nice customer care, I was able to test drive 3 cars before I purchased the one I wanted. The day I picked up the car it had been serviced, full mot & valeted inside & out. There was no pressure to purchase which to me is fantastic. I had time to go away and think about what I wanted.

Bought a car at the beginning of August and thought I would give it a few hundred miles to fully test the car before I wrote the review. Well, so far I've racked up 700 miles with no issues. The car was well presented, looked like new even though it is 12 yrs old, well serviced and valeted. Simon was a fair man to deal with, trusted me with the test drive and kept to dates and times for meetings, and gave a fair price. Great local business, worth supporting, I will definitely be using him again.

I bought a second hand car for my daughter from Icknield Cars and have to say that the service and advice we received from Simon the owner was first class. He gave us great advice on various models, allowed us to test drive them and we did not feel under pressure to complete a sale. I came away happy that we had a fair and reasonable deal for both parties including a part exchange and the car we bought was in immaculate condition when we collected it, fully serviced and valeted.
