Well what can I say excellent service from day 1. We went to Chorley nissan insearch of a new car well new to me anyway a top quality used car. One good thing I liked was the sales rep never followed us round just left us to have a look round. After I seen the car I liked I went in to see Patrick Holmes that sorted everything out. Big shout out to Patrick Holmes who's knowledge in apps and Bluetooth and computers has now been updated but if you're ever stuck give me a ring ha ha ha.

And thank you to Andrew Mcdonald and Patrick Holmes for letting me try out the new online form signing that saves time in the showroom on collection day. And the car was cleaned to a very high standard. I visited chorley group to purchase a vauxhall meriva whilst part exchanging my own vehicle. Andy who dealt with me was a true gentleman. amazing customer service and everything was very well explained. the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Andy McDonald was excellent from start to finish of this sale. We had spotted the car via Car Wow and Andy contacted us first thing the next morning. He priced up 2 options for us within minutes and gave us all the help we required. We were very nicely welcomed by Simon on our booked arrival time to take a car on a test run. On return we were given a nice cup of coffee and a choice of Biscuits. Needless to say we decided to buy the tested car.

Dealt with Patrick, nothing was too much trouble, with no pressure to buy. After collection a small adjustment was required. Rob from the service department dealt with this in a speedy fashion. Overall great experience, would happily recommend.

Patrick is a great salesman, kept my car for when I could arrange the sale without asking for deposit. Went over and above what is job requires him to do. The manager also helped in every way. My car is amazing. Absolutely love it.

I've never had such bad customer service from anywhere in my life from Blackpool Kia. I'm shocked and appalled from start to finish (still on going) never been in a dealership like it. To the point I'm selling my car and I'll never get a Kia again! And thanks to the mechanic who left a O ring in my gear box causing me to break down on my own at 11:45pm!

I found my purchase experience excellent, good price straight forward answers to any questions. I purchased new without visiting the Garage on good price and availability having searched on Auto Trader. Transport was sorted out and PX agreed with photos, it could not have been much smoother to be honest. Thanks to Steve for his help I hope to enjoy my MG.
