I have had an unfortunate experience with Alpha Motors and I'm writing this review to warn all potential customers to please fully check over your vehicles and paperwork (ie online gov website for mot history etc) before the 30 day period runs out where you can hand the car back for a full refund. I bought a Mercedes' c class in December 2021 and was very pleased with the service I initially received, very friendly and helpful.
I dealt with Lee who was and is very friendly and I don't blame him for anything. Only the actual company who I believe do not care about the vehicles they sell at all. The engine light come on within the first week to which I took it back into alpha where the light was switched off and I was sent on my way and told it was just a sensor. It come on again within a week or so and I took it back once again.
They told me I was low on fuel and it had knocked a sensor and I was sent on my way. Of course the engine light come on again and this time I was furious. I took it back and contacted my finance company who got in contact with Alpha and surprisingly alpha finally did some work on the car. I got it back but it was still having issues (extremely smoky exhaust, trouble starting etc) I took it to my own personal garage to have it looked over to which he discovered the car had the wrong engine!
The serial number on the engine did not match the serial number on my logbook! I also discovered the tyre had wires exposed. This car had apparently passed its MOT and been fully checked before being sold. I further discovered the mileage had been clocked back when I did my HPI check/mot history. I trusted Alpha and therefore didn't do my own HPI check which I definitely regret now.
How alpha could sell a vehicle like this is beyond me and I would be seriously petrified to purchase another from them. I luckily got a full refund from my finance company but I doubt that would have been the case if I didn't have my finance company looking after me. When trying to liaise with Alpha when I first started having issues (before the wrong engine was discovered) they knocked 1000 off the vehicle price if I was to return it to them which I refused. PLEASE check over your vehicles and documents before the 30 period runs out where you can return for a full refund.

If only google gave me an option to put 0 stars! This company doesnt even deserve 1 star! I was very disappointed with Alpha Lease. After reading the positive reviews online, I decided to lease a car with them which was the biggest mistake I have made. I ordered a car back in July 2021 and was promised a car in October 2021. This deal was made with Evan. However, 2 weeks before I was about to receive my car I got told that its been delayed to November.
I then got told in November its delayed till April 2022. I was now communicated by Martin and he told me he will look for an alternative but he could not find anything. Everytime I rang in to ask for him, he was always out of the office or busy on another line. He did not ring me back or let me know what stage we were at. In December 2021 I received an email from Vicky that your car will be delivered on the 30th April.
I then got told in February that its been delayed again to June. I was so disappointed in the fake dates that Alpha Lease was giving me and I did not expect this from them at all being a professional business. Not only the service was disappointing but the account manager Vicky was very rude and very unprofessional towards me. She was rude and made me feel as though I did not know anything about the car industry and that I should just keep waiting for the car because I won't find it elsewhere.
I finally came to a conclusion that I wanted to cancel my order. I now went with another leasing company for the exact same car and they managed to meet my requirements and I received the car within two weeks with a brand new plate!

I can't recommend Alpha Motors enough. Lee and the team were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond, meaning we could drive away in our gorgeous new car on the same day. Part exchanged my car today. No hassle. The guys did not come across pushy and didn't act like your typical salesmen which is appreciated from me! I travelled quite far to part exchange and drive off with my new car in a day and it did not come across as any issue or problem. No complaints from me :

I bought my first car (blue fiat 500) from Alpha Motors. It is in amazing condition and runs perfectly. They answered all my emails exceptionally fast and gave me all the information I needed as well as a thorough video of the car as I was unable to view it in person due to the pandemic. I have had a great, stress free experience and love my new car.

I bought a Mustang from Alpha Motors last Sunday. Graham was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the car over the phone, including going out to the car to test something I specifically requested. We arranged a time to collect it and even though I was running late due to traffic, Graham was very patient and helpful when I arrived. The car was perfectly as described and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you all at Alpha Motors.
