Engine was leaking diesel and needed sorting asap! Garage had just closed on a saturday afternoon, luckily i caught the guy leaving and he so kindly reopened to have a look and replace the clip which was causing the leak. So grateful! Thankyou Service: General repairs & maintenance

Used this garage numerous times for repairs, MOT, services often in last eight years and yet to be disappointed. A bit like a doctor, you don't WANT to have to visit but if you do you want a good one and you stick with him! Recommended him to a few friends and they were happy with the service too.

Very helpful people. I recently called AH Autos to attempt to trace some service history on a BMW they have previously worked on. Even though it was obvious they were not going to make a sale or do any business with me, they took the time to look up the information and work out all the cars visits, dates and mileages. Booked my car in to check slave cylinder and repair as previously had been told leaking and also far an mot test, which I made them aware of and booked in Monday. I have had to ring up everyday chasing. I was told that they had blead the clutch and it was resolved. So proceeded with mot test. Three days later after chasing again I have been told it has failed mot and given various multiple reasons, which I find hard to believe.i am not a qualified mechanic but I do know a little about cars.

Especially when I have gone to pick up the car to tell me the original fault I had taken it in for to fix had not been resolved and their professional opinion it's leaking. So basically spent 3 days in a garage and all I got out of it was a bonnet lock changed and a failed mot. So I've just wasted time and money for nothing. Definitely would not recommend.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIEFS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING. I went with a repair for my car, after paying for a diagnosis they gave me a quote of 250 which I agreed. After I went to collect the car looks like it wasn't fixed, they kept quoting me more and more multiple times for different issues which totalled to just over 1,000 and had my car for around 2 weeks.

I ended up having to take time off work for an issue they originally said would take 2 days. In the end I gave up, the issue was still not fixed and I went to a different garage, who after also getting a second opinion had said the guys did not change or repair what they charged me for. Manager was very rude and would not come to any agreement for a refund of any sort. I think maybe because I'm a girl they thought they found an easy opportunity to make some money and mug me off.

Have brought my car here many times now, always extremely friendly and helpful. Needed a repair job, another garage quoted 100s, A&H Autos did it for a fraction of the cost. As a woman I was previously concerned about being ripped off in garages but not at A&H autos. Always courteous and helpful, don't hesitate to bring your car here.

Been taken my cars to here now for over five years, the guys are friendly and honest. The owner may come over as a bit brash and to the point, but he is genuinely busy most of the time and has little time for nonsense.(which is good!) I got fed up of going to one of the maindealers in the town after my car failed on a switch which was working fine when I went in, had my vision+ bulbs replaced with cheap standard ones (without my knowledge) and then told that it would be 14 days for retest for which by then i would have to pay full. Have and will recommend these guys to anyone.
