We started our business selling cars from a small garage in Bryants Hill, Hanham, Bristol. In 1996 we then opened another garage in Soundwell Road, Kingswood, with approximately fifty cars. I am Russell Terry owner of Harlequin Motor Company. I came from a sales orientated background as I was previously a financial adviser.

Recently purchased an Audi A5 and my experience was more than great. I would like to personally give my thanks to Grant for his customer service and after service. Having recently had a bad experience with another garage it was hard to find another garage to trust. Not a nice company to deal with says 60,000 miles on advert when you get there its 65,000! Makes quite a differance. Cars were shiny on outside but when I looked underneath they were in a bad state! When commenting on a orange peel paint effect surrounding a light in my experience it was a bad spray job covering an accident the sales man started bending in the door panel next to it saying the car was fine. I used to work as a mechanic and I walked straight away.

Bought a twelve year old car, had it three weeks now and it is immaculate. After 40 years of buying cars I can confidently say that Grant made it one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. Very professional, listened to our queries and answered them honestly. Would definitely buy here again and recommend to anyone. The only issue was he was so damn nice I didn't have the heart to haggle any more.

Brilliant customer service at this car dealership. I recently purchased a car from this dealer, the vehicles are of a high standard, and sold in good working order. All documentation into the cars history was provided and up to date. Staff offered a kind, friendly and knowledgeable service. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me to choose a car that was right for me, a beautiful BMW 3 series with low mileage that was immaculate inside and out.
I would (and already have) recommended them to other people. The car is so comfortable and an extra smooth ride with an automatic gearbox. The performance is just what I expected from the manufacturer. Your pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair and Harlequin's have a reputation for outstanding quality and integrity. Grant was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure that I secured my desired car.

Brought a Nissan quashqui +2 from here on Saturday. Honestly the best service I have had in a very long time! Grant was so friendly and very helpful. We drove 3 hours to buy from here and I couldn't of asked for a swifter service. Purchased the car through Midland credit which was such a pleasure to work with aswell. A class service

Good communication on email and in person. grant seems a nice guy, he seemed genuine about the car and the dealership. the car ive bought was fantastically clean inside and out. the engine ran fine, no knocks or rattles. for a 12 year old car, its just performed a 500 mile round trip with no issues. biggest issues. both key fobs had run down batteries (5 for new batteries in halfords). one of the tires was under pressured, refill and reset, fine. fuel cap has a build up of water, removed and replaced seal (5). the car is now perfect. great car, great dealership and will definitely use again.
