Recently bought a car from Avon Valley Garage, the whole experience was so easy and trouble free. Discovered a problem upon collection, the guys said to bring it back the following week to be sorted out AND IT WAS. No pushy sales tactics, just good, honest, reliable and friendly service, with a good stock of quality used cars. Will defiantly be recommending them to my friends.
Have only had the car for a few weeks, but am very pleased with it, a great car, good condition, low mileage and reasonable price. My friend who took me to pick it up, returned a few days later and purchased a car himself, he is also very happy with his.

Bought a 2005 Colt here in 2014. Used for commuting and gave me 3 years and 30,000 miles of trouble free motoring. Bought another car last October and 7 months later, another trouble free car so far. Avon Valley is a genuine, responsible and friendly company and have no reservations in recommending them. Keep it up and I will be back again.

Avon Valley Garage is not a good place to buy a car - it's a great place! I bought a car for my ex wife a couple of years ago and it has been utterly trouble free. It's just gone through it's second MOT in her ownership and never once had a spanner on it. Kevin is a wonderful chap to deal with - straight, honest and down to earth. I liked the experience so much we've just gone back to buy another one. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with! Thanks guys!

I visited and purchased a vehicle from from here about 4 weeks ago now and I just wanted to leave my thanks and say that everyone involved has been extremely helpful and friendly. I sadly had an issue with the car, with a very minor function, and had to bring it back for a warranty repair. Their excellent 3rd party service engineer was brilliant and sorted by problem within a week and the car has been just amazing to drive since day one. Dave was really great during the purchase, answered all my questions and got me on a test drive in the car within a few minutes. I genuinely can't recommend them enough for any future purchases. When I unexpectedly found myself needing to buy a replacement car, I had no hesitation in starting my search at Avon Valley Garage, as I had enjoyed buying from them a number of years ago. I am delighted to report I found their service to be every bit as good as I had hoped. Their website was comprehensive and informative, I was able to browse vehicles at my leisure on the forecourt, but help was immediately at hand when I had questions to ask.
Test drives were easy to arrange and, having quickly found a car I liked, David was extremely helpful and guided me through every step of the buying process with consummate ease. Amazing. After having bad experiences in previous garages we were skeptics, we found an ideal car, phoned the garage and arranged a test drive/view. All the people we dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly which made the process pleasant. We took the car away the day we viewed. There was a minor issue with the car which Avon Valley sorted professionally and quickly and we are very happy with our purchase. Wouldn't hesitate to return to Avon Valley in the future. Recently bought a Nissan Qashqai from Avon Valley Garage. The sales team (I had Danny & Dave) were extremely courteous, polite and friendly. At no point were they pushy and left you to explore the car at your own devices. I was allowed to go for a test drive on my own which was great. All information about the car in question was at hand if needed and readily available. All in all extremely happy with the service (and car!) received from Avon Valley, would definitely use again.

I purchased a car there last week. Very happy with the condition of the car and the warranty that came with it. All staff were helpful, polite and not pushy like other garages! I test drove the car, completed the paperwork and happily drove the lovely car away within the hour. Lots of good quality cars to choose from too. Would recommend.

Great speedy service from Dave Wheeler. I enquired about a Nissan Leaf on Thursday morning and went to view vehicle that afternoon. I was left to look round the vehicle on my own without a salesman there which I preferred but I was given the option. I asked to test drive the Leaf and was allowed to take the Leaf on a good run of 12 miles! I was impressed by the Leaf and on returning to the garage my trade in car was valued by Dave and a deal was agreed.
The finance was applied for and swiftly set up and I was able to get the car the very next morning which was exceptionally good service! The car itself is excellent. I accidentally left my car mats in my trade in vehicle and Dave kindly gave them back to me. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Dave and the other staff are all helpful and polite.
