!AVOID AT ALL COST! I bought a car back in Feb 2024 and I regret trusting Janie Maria Richardson (director). They will manipulate so much and act like they are the best in business and that their business is 100% legit. When it reality they aren't there for their customers they will sell you a dodgy car which costs an arm and a leg and wouldn't bother checking up on you after purchasing the vehicle. Not to mention the 6 times the company has dissolved. Oh and also I state: "Mrs Janie Richardson and Mr Nicolas Hale previously traded as Tiley of Bristol to service the business of Tiley Motors. Between August 25, 2011 to March 31, 2019, the pair defaulted on £425,079.83 for which it was handed a £223,166.91 penalty.
Companies House reported that Tiley Motors Limited dissolved on November 20, 2014, with both Mr Hale and Mrs Richardson listed as directors of the company. Mrs Richardson then set up a new Tiley Motors Limited and the company continues to trade to this day".

So the initial purchase was great. Very friendly, happy with the car. The car had a broken electric wing mirror which I pointed out to them prior to purchase and I was assured they would order the part and then call me when it arrives so I can go back for it to be fixed. Took out extended warranty just incase anything else came up. I am now 2 months into ownership and I still haven't had that phonecall.
I have called them several times now and everytime get told someone will call me back and yet they have not. Still have not received my log book either. I cannot get someone to speak to me for more than 1 minute all I get is someone will call back and they never do. I will be emailing them this week in a final attempt to have the problem resolved before I make official complaints. This is so disappointing after the initial good experience but it seems that once you walk out the door they wash their hands of you.

Staff are friendly, spoke to receptionist who works there. The gentleman and the manager who also works there was prompt and handed everything to me, and everything was in there as it should. The rear drivers side light was the wrong type and they offered to send me another which was really helpful and kind, so overall 5 stars for this garage, my experiences were really bad from previous dealerships, but this one is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Professional level of service. No pushy sale tactics at all. They ask you what cars you're interested in and have them all ready for you as you drive them one by one. Lovely, friendly staff who walk with you step-by-step on buying a new car. Bought a car recently with them, had an issue with the car within 24 hours when I had it, but they were more than happy to take a look at it free of charge.

Bought a car that turned out to have gearbox problems. After several days the car was returned to be fixed. One and a half weeks later I picked the car up. Only to have exactly the same problem. Plus I discovered electrical problems and now the engine sounds like its dropping out. I complained only to receive a negative email. Under Trading Standards advice I sent a letter asking for my money back or a proper repair.
As they sold a car unfit for purpose. This was as I expected ignored. So I am having to take legal action. Thus, although will get my car back on the road will take time. Do not buy from this garage. I should add. They think they can roll over on people and get away with it. Laughable!

If you want to be lied to constantly, please avoid this garage at all costs. I was led to believe that the second hand car I wished to purchase, would be sold with a full service history. I purchased the car at the beginning of the year and it is now October 2013, and still waiting for my service log, which was apparently 'lost' by the manager. I contacted the garage on several occasions, and even visited the garage in person and was fobbed off with constant lies.
I was promised that I would have my service book, and each time I phoned, the book was at the garage, or the garage didn't receive it. I believe that from the start the vehicle did not have a service book. I was also told that my car only had one other owner, when I received my owner log, it revealed that it had 4 previous owners, and been involved in an accident and had to have significant repairs.
I even did not receive the correct form, in which to tax my vehicle and had to go back to the garage, and then to the main DVLA office in North Bristol to do this. I have received exceptional service from other garages in the past, such as, The Bristol Trade Centre, Brunel Ford and Wessex Garages. So if you are looking for professional, committed, honest service, please, please avoid this garage at all costs.
