I bought a Ford Galaxy from Auto Infusion, All cars are AA checked, 12 months free breakdown cover, service and MOT and warranty. They talk you through the different payment options you have, they also offer other optional services, part exchange and full warranties. (with no hard sales tactics) The transaction was smooth and quick and my car was ready to be collected within a week.

The part-exchange of my vehicle was all completed online and had confirmation sent through to my email immediately from the DVLA. All the staff that I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. If you do not find a car that you like, they can also source a car to your requirements and price range. My car was impeccably valeted, a full service and MOT was completed.

I was surprised at how easy, efficient and painless the transaction was. This dealer operates to high professional standards and great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service guys!

What can I say, been an absolutely amazing experience. Shafeeq is a gem of a person and goes way and beyond for his customers. Real test of a dealership is when things go wrong with the cars you have bought. In my experience, post sale of a vehicle; even the main dealership don't want to know. I traveled to Bristol to visit Auto Infusion as there was a specific car that I wanted to test drive. The gentlemen at Auto Infusion were very friendly and professional. They provided me with all of the paperwork for the car to peruse, including the car's extensive service history etc. I had plenty of time to look at this, the logbook etc and was able to ask any questions that I had without being hurried along.

The car was well polished, well cleaned and in great condition and I got to test drive it on quiet roads and also a dual carriageway. I was led through the car's features by a really knowledgeable team and left knowing a lot more about the car than I would have found out purely from reading online. I had a pre-prepared list of questions and the guys were very patient as I worked my way through these. Ultimately, the car lacked one essential feature, which another car had (rear folding seats) so I didn't end up purchasing from Auto Infusion but they were very professional, never became pushy and totally respected my decision to buy elsewhere.

I was refunded my 250 reservation deposit and shown a confirmation that this would added back to my account. I have now received the refund and can wholeheartedly recommend Auto Infusion. I'd definitely go back in the future to look at buying another car, God willing.

Extremly pleased with my purchase. Lovely car in perfect condition at good price. Didn't feel any pressure to buy. Car prepared to extremely high standard. Sale person very honest with me which I very much appreciated not like other experiences at previous dealerships.

Auto Infusion Ltd have been excellent. We bought a second hand galaxy from them earlier in the year. It has had a couple of issues come up after the same, the sunroof stop working and the battery went flat. Both issues have been fixed quickly (while I waited) and without any quibble. I am happy to recommend them to others.

What a pleasure to do business. I have never found buying a car a particularly pleasant experience but this was the best yet. No pressure selling, just honest talking and no attempt to hide any slight defects. Everything promised was done and staff were courteous and helpful. This car dealer require significant customer service training ASAP. The sales men at this location have provided the worst possible service I have ever received. I felt the staff member which was serving us was very unenthusiastic, the tone in his voice often showed annoyance when we asked questions. Their attitude towards me was extremely poor. They often degraded and made sly comments regarding my affordability which was not the issue at all, I went there to try and find the best possible deal, and there comments were unnecessary.

Very unhelpful overall. While serving us they often received phone calls making us feel very unwanted and yet again demonstrated their unprofessionalism! Their efforts were bare minimum in creating a friendly atmosphere. Even if I found a good deal which I did not in the end. I don't think I would've purchased a vehicle, purely based on their poor attitude and customer service!

I am only disappointed that I might not be able to buy a car from these guys. Unfortunately for us the car my wife had identified was sold before we got there. We were shown other cars that might have been suitable but did not quite match her requirements. We were both very impressed with the standards of service, all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and demonstrated a keen desire to help the customer find the car that they were looking for. No pressure to buy something from them. Highly recommended and would try them again when we are looking for another car.
