Bought a VW transporter t5 from these guys, within the first week the water pump went, this was sorted under the 3 month warranty, then a few weeks later a loud vibrating started around the dash so back to the garage it went, three times! Every time it went back there wasn't a word of apology issued, not a "sorry for your inconvenience" or anything, felt as if the only reason they performed the checks is because the warranty legally obliged them to, I was felt to be a nuisance and an inconvenience to them.well trust me when I say that having my work van off the road multiple times in a month was more of an inconvenience to me than you.
The only pleasurable part was dealing with GF automotive, they were brilliant in helping me get it back on the road every time something fell off. Frustrated I took it to VW for a diagnostics, they found three major safety issues with the van, rear brake pads were 80% worn, the front offside and nearside bearings were knackered and the power steering box was leaking!
Each van checked over before sale? I don't think so, after much hassle I managed to get Avon truck and van to sort it out under the warranty but it was a pain in the arse from start to finish and not a word of apology the whole time. My advice is go elsewhere where someone will appreciate the fact you've just parted with hard earned cash. I sold it after three months and bought a great van from van monster instead.go there.
